Sir Richard James Graham, 4th Bt. was born on 24 February 1859.2 He was the son of Sir Frederick Ulric Graham, 3rd Bt. and Lady Jane Hermione St. Maur.2 He married, firstly, Olivia Baring, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Charles Baring and Helen Graham, on 8 July 1886.1 He married, secondly, Lady Mabel Cynthia Duncombe, daughter of William Ernest Duncombe, 1st Earl Feversham of Ryedale and Mabel Violet Graham, on 27 June 1889.2 He married, thirdly, Florence Rose Wood, daughter of Joseph Carter Wood, on 1 January 1927.2 He died on 26 August 1932 at age 73.2
He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Cumberland.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Cumberland.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Graham, of Netherby, Cumberland [G.B., 1783] on 8 March 1888.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Cumberland in 1894.2
