     Francis Douglas Maitland-Heriot was born on 26 January 1860.1 He was the son of Frederick Lewis Maitland-Heriot and Martha Agnew.2 He married Margaret Louisa Maitland, daughter of Lt.-Col. H. D. Maitland, on 17 October 1916.1 He died on 13 April 1937 at age 77.1
     He was educated at Edinburgh Academy, Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.1

     Margaret Louisa Maitland was the daughter of Lt.-Col. H. D. Maitland.2 She married Francis Douglas Maitland-Heriot, son of Frederick Lewis Maitland-Heriot and Martha Agnew, on 17 October 1916.1 She died on 23 September 1956.1
     From 17 October 1916, her married name became Maitland-Heriot.1

     Madeline Maitland-Heriot was born on 9 April 1858 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.2 She was the daughter of Frederick Lewis Maitland-Heriot and Martha Agnew.3 She married, firstly, Alexander Cunningham Boothby, son of Colonel Robert Tod Boothby and Madeline Condie, on 19 January 1881.1 She married, secondly, Alexander Rigaud Wilson-Wood on 5 November 1890.1 She died on 27 December 1930 at age 72.1
     From 19 January 1881, her married name became Boothby. From 5 November 1890, her married name became Wilson-Wood.1

     Alexander Cunningham Boothby was born on 26 February 1857.2 He was the son of Colonel Robert Tod Boothby and Madeline Condie.2 He married Madeline Maitland-Heriot, daughter of Frederick Lewis Maitland-Heriot and Martha Agnew, on 19 January 1881.1 He died on 17 December 1888 at age 31.2
     He was registered as a Civil Engineer (C.E.)3
