     From 3 October 1907, her married name became Maxwell-Batten.¹

     Reverend Sabine Baring-Gould was born on 28 January 1834.¹ He was the son of Edward Baring-Gould and Sophia Charlotte Bond.³ He married Grace Taylor, daughter of Joseph Taylor, on 25 May 1868.¹ He died on 2 January 1924 at age 89.¹
     He graduated from Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, in 1860 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He wrote the book Iceland: Its Scenes and Sagas, published 1862.¹ He wrote the book The Book of Were-Wolves, published 1865.⁴ He wrote the book Curious Myths of the Middle Ages, published between 1866 and 1868.¹ He held the office of the Vicar between 1866 and 1871.¹ He was the Rector between 1871 and 1881 at East Mersea, Essex, England^G.¹ He wrote the book Lives of The Saints, published between 1872 and 1877.¹ He wrote the book Germany: Present and Past, published 1879.¹ He was the Rector between 1881 and 1924 at Lew Trenchard, Devon, England^G.¹ He wrote the book A Book of the West, published 1899.¹ He wrote the book Now the Day is Over, a hymn.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.¹ He was awarded the A Book of Dartmoor in 1900.¹ He wrote the book Old Country Life.¹ He wrote the book Onward Christian Soldiers, a hymn.¹ He also wrote many novels and miscellaneous theological and topographical works, also hymn books.¹ An unknown person and an unknown person were married by him at Guildford, Surrey, England^G, on 10 October 1912.^1,5 He lived at Lew Trenchard, Devon, England^G.¹

     Grace Taylor was born circa 1852.² She was the daughter of Joseph Taylor.³ She married Reverend Sabine Baring-Gould, son of Edward Baring-Gould and Sophia Charlotte Bond, on 25 May 1868.¹ She died in 1916.¹
     She was a mill girl.² From 25 May 1868, her married name became Baring-Gould. Bernard Shaw was possibly inspired by Grace and Sabine's marriage to write Pygmalion.⁴

     Elizabeth Simeon was born in 1599.² She was the daughter of Edward Simeon.¹ She married John Hampden, son of William Hampden and Elizabeth Cromwell, on 24 June 1619.³ She died in August 1634.²
     From 24 June 1619, her married name became Hampden.¹
