➡️ Steps :-
1) In a pressure cooker add 200 gram and overnight soaked Rajma, add 1½ cup water or good enough to dip the Rajma, add  ½ tsp Salt,  ¼ tsp Red chilli powder, 1 Bay leaf, 1 Black Cardamom, 3 green Cardamom, 2 Clove, ghee
2) Cover the lid and pressure cook until 6 whistle 
3) Meanwhile heat oil in a kadhai 
5) Add 2 dry red Chilli and splutter 1 tsp Cumin seeds
6) Add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste and fry until raw smell goes off
7) Add in 3 medium size chopped Onion and fry until Onion turns brown 
8) Add in tomato purée ( 3 tomato ) and 1 tsp Salt. Mix and cook for 8-10 min.

Pressure cooking rajma:
- 1 cup Rajma (kidney beans), soaked overnight
- 4 cups water
- 2 black cardamom pods
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ghee
For Rajma masala:
- 3 tbsp mustard oil
- 3 tomato puree/grated
- 2 dried red chillies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 large onions
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- 3 green chilies
- 1-inch ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tosp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tosp coriander powder
- 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp ghee
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
