Maaria Rana on Instagram: "Restaurant style chinese fried rice in under 10 minutes! 🍚   You’ll need:  1 cup rice - ideally cold or a day old 1 carrot, diced  1/2 cup cabbage, finely chopped  3 spring onions, finely chopped  2 eggs, beaten  3 cloves garlic, diced 2 tbsp soy sauce  1 tbsp vinegar  Salt and pepper to taste   To make:  - Add oil into a pan / wok and add the garlic. Sauté on a high heat for 1 minute.  - Add carrots and cabbage and sauté again.  - Add in the eggs and scramble.  - Add the rice along with soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper and fry on a high heat.  - Add the spring onions and enjoy warm."
