1.Binatbatan

abel weaving industry of Vigan.
Binatbatan comes from the word batbat, a
pair of bamboo stick used to separate cotton
pods that come from a tall tree called kapas
sanglay.
The word "kapas" from kapas sanglay
means "cotton" in Ilocano.

2. Abel Fabric - special fabric made of
cotton by doing binatbatan.
Abel is Ilocanofor “weave,” and in abel
literally means “woven.” You can
interpret inabel as pertaining to any kind
of woven fabric, but it is mostly used to
refer to that distinctly Ilocano textile of
plain or patterned woven cotton made in
hard wood looms using techniques
passed down through generations

5. Stone Art.
Bahay na Bato is an iconic house with
collection of stone arts and figurines made
from pebble stones. The house itself is
made up of stones and pebbles. The rock
and stone artworks and the Bahay na Bato
house is the creation of Korean artist
Vong Kim.

6. Seashell Craft.
Shells and corals from the seashore as
raw materials for trinkets which can
be done at home or at the backyard.
It can also be used as decorative
ornaments in flower vases, jars, photo
frames, bags and many more.
