Introduction
Operating system is a system software commonly simplified as “OS”.

An operating system is the most important software that runs on a
computer. It manages the computer's memory, processes, and all its
software and hardware. It also allows you to communicate with the
computer without knowing how to speak the computer's "language."
Without an operating system, a computer is useless.
How does it works?
Computer's operating system (OS) manages all of the software and

hardware on the computer. Most of the time, there are several different
computer programs running at the same time, and they all need to access
your computer's central processing unit (CPU), memory, and storage.
The operating system coordinates all of this to make sure each program
gets what it needs.
Types of Operating System
Operating systems usually come preloaded on any computer that you

buy. Most people use the operating system that comes with their
computer, but it is possible to upgrade or even change operating
systems.
The three most common operating systems for personal computers are
Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OS X, Linux and Chrome OS.
And three typical OS for mobile/tablet pc are Google Android, Apple
iOS, and Windows Phone.
Windows 10
Windows 10's latest update is the

May 2019 Update, which is
version 1903 and was
codenamed 19H1 during
development. It features a light
theme, speed improvements, and
lots of new features. The stable
update began rolling out on May
21, 2019 and became available to

Android Q
Android "Q" is the upcoming

tenth major release and the 17th
version of the Android mobile
operating system. The final
release of Android Q is scheduled
for release in September 3, 2019.
CHROME OS
Google ChromeOS is a fast, secure and versatile
cloud-first operating system that is easy to manage
and powers Chromebooks and other Chrome
devices.
