    Laboratory Safety Guidelines
    When shall we conduct our Face-to-Face?
    • As of the moment, the administration is still waiting for the Go signal
    to conduct face to face classes by the CHED.
    • For the meantime, we shall conduct alternative classes while waiting.
    Limited Face to Face Laboratory Schedule
    Do’s & Don’ts:
    • Always bring your vaccination card with you and make sure you are FULLY
    VACCINATED.
    • Also, bring a copy of your insurance card (health card or MDR of your parents’
    health insurance if you’re a beneficiary).
    • Attire PRIOR TO ENTERING the university is your UNIFORM.
    • Attire for our class is a t-shirt, pair of maong jeans and Safety/Steel Toe
    shoes meaning, you must change prior to our class.
    • You must be in the school premises prior to our class time to have enough
    time to change.
    Limited Face to Face Laboratory Schedule
    Do’s & Don’ts:
    • While the first two groups conduct their experiments, the other 2 groups
    must stay in the Court and are NOT ALLOWED TO LOITER around the premises
    of the University.
    • After conducting the experiment, a copy of the data must be submitted with
    all of the members’ signature to the professor and are not allowed to loiter
    hence must go home unless they have a scheduled face-to-face class after
    this.
    • Groups with Thesis 2 may be scheduled last to avoid loitering if experiment is
    done.
    • Only 14 people are allowed in the laboratory room.
    Limited Face to Face Laboratory Schedule
    Do’s & Don’ts:
    • Each group is allowed to conduct the experiments for 30minutes only.
    • Only one group must perform the experiment at a time. There is a room for
    the 2nd group to stay while the prior group conducts the experiment.
    • There is a 30-minute disinfection time after the first 1h & 15min of the
    laboratory class.
    • All laboratory reports must be done and submitted during the ONLINE
    MEETING allotted 1 week after conducting the experiment.
    • Attendance must always be passed at the beginning of the class.
