Job Description
Job title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & marketing
Reporting to: Senior Sales Executive
Reports from: Sales manager & sales teams

Position overview: We are looking for a Sales executive in


middle level at ABC motors which sells passenger cars. The
role will mainly be responsible for contacting clients with
interest in procuring automobiles and offer them sales deals
and maintain a list of new/existing customers and
occasionally communicate with them to discuss the business
opportunities
Primary functions:

1) Identify current product pricings, competing products and new techniques


of merchandising
2) Interact with customers to identify their requirements and assist them in
selecting a car that meets their specifications
3) Oversee the processing of client orders to ensure timely delivery of
purchased units
4) Supervise and guide the operations of sales managers and teams to ensure
they are in line with set standards
5) Conduct negotiations with clients to reach a profitable bargain
6) Set sales objectives and establish action plans for achieving set targets
7) Collect, analyse and interpret sales records/transactions o ensure balanced
accounts
8) Process requests of customers who wish to part-exchange their current car
for a new one
9) Conduct the inspection of automobiles to ensure they are in good condition
10) Discussing and arranging finance packages, conforming to the rules set by
the financial services authority

Educational qualification requirements:


 Bachelor’s degree in any specialization (Required)
 Master’s degree in sales and marketing (Preferred)

Experience:
2+ years experience as a salesman/ executive in automobile industry
