In order to provide best services to our customers 2 Escalators
and 10 Elevators have been installed. 2 passenger lifts are
allocated for the basements to mall, 2 capsule lifts operating
within the commercial atrium and corporate floors, 1 lift
exclusive for the corporate floor, 2 exclusive lifts from basement
to apartments only, 1 capsule lift within the apartment atrium to
all five floors, 1 spacious cargo/ bed lift from basement for all
floors, 1 lift for the food court.

 Prayer Area
Dedicated prayer areas for men and women have been
allocated separately on different floors.
 Fire Security System
Building is fully equipped with fire detection alarm system,
fire extinguishers and fire hoses on each floor with pressure
pumps.
 Smoking Area
Mall of Lahore is a non-smoking premises, however a
smoking area has been assigned for the customers on
different levels.
 Internet Services
Free Wi-Fi Internet service available on the upper ground,
the food court area.
SERVICES
 Facilities and Amenities Sanitary, Sewerage & Maintenance
Efficient sewerage and disposal system, garbage
collection/ disposal system, general maintenance
services available on call 24 /7, complaint attendants
for essential services.
 24 Hour Security
Round the clock manned security, along with Close
Circuit TV System (CCTV) to monitor providing visual
of 160 different angels within and around the
premises.
 ATMs
ATM machines have been installed within the
premises to maximize facilitation to our customers.
SERVICES
 Building Management
A help desk is available at the entrance of Mall of Lahore.
Any customer can reach up there and can register their
complaint, which will be catered right away (basis issues).
Furthermore, customers can list down their suggestion as
well, which will be escalated to the MOL management.
 Parking
Ample care parking available in the premises with a capacity
of entertaining 400 cars simultaneously. In addition to that
Valet Parking service is also available on request.
 Emergency Service
Two Fire escape exits have been designed for emergency
evacuation. 24/7 dedicated ambulance service on hand for
the unexpected.
