    In this part, we describe about chronology of the


    accident, area of report, victim cause by
    accident, and accident cause.

    ● Chronology of accident is an explanation of


    how the accident happened.
    ● Area of report is an explanation about when and
    where the accident occurred.
    ● Victim cause by accident is an explanation
    about how many people become victims.
    ● Accident cause is an explanation about the cause
    of the accident happened.
    Purpose of accident report
    In this part, we describe about the goals and function of this hazard
    report. So we know what this report will be used for.

    Possible remedies
    In this part, we describe about solution to anticipate that this accident
    will not happen again.

    In this part, we describe what action that were taken when the
    accident happen to minimize victim cause by accident.
