Entrance
The grand glass door at the
entrance opens into a classy
front desk, with a masterpiece
chandelier suspended from
the first level, descending into
a large ceramic pot. While the
leaves on the chandelier
symbolise the leaves of spring,
the swirling matrix on the
ceiling represents the course
of the wind. Marriott’s
chandeliers are a work of art,
each designed differently for
their innumerable properties
in the world.

owns a lounge and an all-day
accessible library
Food and beverages
FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT
 
It is one of the most labor intensive departments. This department has the
maximum staff. They are responsible for all the service activities and has to be
checked from time to time to ensure that, they match up with the hotel
requirement.
 
BANQUET
These areas of the hotel are used for special function such as meeting,
conferences, receptions, wedding etc. these are held under series of halls and
suites within the hotel itself.
 
BAR
This section of the hotel is for serving alcoholic beverage to the guest. Snacks are
also served with the drinks. Indian hotels and guests are allowed only bar for
drinks while the second bar known as the service of dispense bar for serving
alcoholic beverages to room service and restaurants.
JW Café
Located on the extreme left of
the hotel lobby is the
contemporary JW Café, which is
an all-day dining multi-cuisine
restaurant where the specialties
of North cuisine, international
fares such as Japanese, Thai,
Arabic and Western can be
savoured. Alongside these
multi-cuisine options, the café
owns a separate dessert counter
Romano
While the JW café is ideal for some casual dining, giving you a taste
of authentic Italian cuisine is Romano, which serves a menu
inspired from the regions of Sicily, Milan, Rome, Naples and
Florence. A kitchen sourcing local organic ingredients for the
dishes, it offers a Latin-based menu along with an exclusive private
dining area on the first level adjacent to its bar.
JW Lounge
An extension of the lobby, the JW Lounge lets in natural light from floor to ceiling
glass walls, bringing this area to life during the day. It is artistically lit in the evening
to suit the changing mood. During the day, the JW Lounge takes on the role of a café,
offering varieties of tea and coffee. As evening descends, the café transitions into a
sophisticated, stylish lounge.

This section is divided into three parts –
Continental kitchen
Pantry
Indian kitchen
 
 
GARDE MANGER:
This section deals with the cold meat and salads for various outlets such as coffee
shop, room service etc
 
 
BAKERY:
This is the section of the kitchen working continuously and produces high quality
cakes, pastries, desserts, breads etc. It’s a decentralized kitchen working for 24hrs.
 
 
BUTCHERY:
Butchery in hotel terminology means ‘meat fabrication’ as it is involved in changing
the form of meat, poultry, fish etc. from unclean and large chunks to clean and
appropriate sizes as required for various purposes.

When it comes to suites, no hotel
around it beats the size of the
spacious suites it houses. With the
executive suite boasting of a
minimum area of 413 sq ft, in
totality there are 585 rooms
Each of the rooms features a
plush setting with a luxurious
bathtub, deluxe toiletries and high
speed wired and wireless internet.
