2.2.3 Discontinuance of Manufacture or Supply of Spare Parts

Vendor shall identify in his quotation any equipment, materials or components for which Vendor
plans to discontinue manufacturing or supplying spare parts within the next ten (10) years.
Even if there is no such discontinuance, Vendor shall state in his quotation that Vendor intends
to manufacture or supply spare parts for the next ten (10) years. Lack of this statement may
cause the rejection of Vendor’s offer by Purchaser.

1.0.1.21 Materials for pneumatic tubing shall be 316L SS, while 316 SS for valves and
