In addition to being Head of Consulting Team, since 2006 I have trained hundreds of ITIL,
ISO20K, COBIT 5, PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, Lean IT, M.O.R & TOGAF. Training provided to large

Service Management framework using IBM Tivoli platform. In addition I also managed other
projects implementing CRM and Business Objects solutions for other enterprises and ministries.
ABS is one of the largest IBM System Reseller and General System Integrator Company in Egypt.
My responsibilities in the company started as Management of Service Operation division
providing the overall ABS Services of Infrastructure Components like Networking, Systems,
Servers, Storage and Business Applications as well as managing a well-structured Service Desk.
More responsibilities added by time as well to cover Business Relationships Management
(Marketing and Sales Activities) and Procurement and general strategic vendor’s relationship.
Started as a Field Service Engineer for the support of newly established services in the company
selling Networks, Servers, Systems, AS/400 Application and general ERP Intel based
Applications. After 3 years, took charge of handling sales operation and then promoted to
manage the whole Marketing and Sales organization.

Technical Support Engineer - TEA Computers
Tea Computers is one of the early System Integrators in Egypt. In this company, I learned and
worked my first year of experience as a Field Service Engineer supporting and maintaining Data
Point, Data General, CBT and Fujitsu systems.
SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS
Established a service and support contact center in Advanced Business Systems as a starting
goal when managing the Service Operation division. This center brought the company to a
favorite position providing system integration solutions to the Egyptian Market.
With the technical team in Standard Data, we succeeded to custom-tailor a PC interface cards
for IBM Micro Channel Architecture for special purpose applications for an American firm.
The company afterwards extended this business and established a company in USA.
