Assessment for Learning: How will you determine if the students understood the

To make sure and clear that all the students have understood how to write letter
c and know the sound C. There are main things the teacher should do.

Firstly, ask the kids some questions related to the story to know if the student
recognizes and know what happen in the story and understand the about butter
fly cycle.

Secondly, the teacher must use formal assessment (checklist) to take notes and
evaluate each student to know what each student need to learn and what they
already now.

Thirdly, let all the kids do all the activities even if it is easy or difficult for some
of them to challenge them by encouraging them to think and solve problems and
develop their cognitive development and their thinking.

General Comments

The kids have different ability to learn, so me as a teacher I must provide


the activity and language it fit everybody in class to understand what I
will say or want through the lesson or activity.

Future personal targets:


Managing time through the activity by giving an appropriate time for
each activity to make the kids understand the concept.
Give kids chance to try doing the activity by them self.
Get the benefits from the lessons, and enjoy doing the activities.
Learn more about the lesson.

Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers
about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.

What I do well in this lesson is engage children before start reading the story
by motived them to think and what the story will be about it, and give them
freedom to say what it is their imagination about the story action.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention.


Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to
take to be more successful in the next lesson.
But something I missed in the class about even better than if use strategy a
good control about behavior in class. That what I will be the focus in the next
time and planned about make a good control for behavior management in
the classroom. For example, if the child does something right and good
behavior I will use skinner theory about Positive reinforcement by give them
a sticker to motived them. But if the child steel doing misbehavior in class I
will use the negative reinforcement by remove the sticker next to their name
to learn about what they do is not right and they need to change it.

Control the classroom by using strategy reward system.
