This lesson will give the students the information they need to adequately understand what actually happened during the war.
Pre-assessment (for learning): I will ask students if they know who won the war, and if they can explain why it
ended the way it did.
Formative (for learning): I will periodically ask for a head nod or head shake periodically throughout the
