    SUBJECT : After Activity Report


    Re: OPERATION GALUGAD

    DATE : November 10, 2016

    1. Please be informed that last 09 November 2016 at around 0800H, MAYOR REX T.
    GATCHALIAN, PSSUPT RONALDO R MENDOZA, and local police operatives of Valenzuela
    City Police Station (VCPS) conducted a surprise jail inspection dubbed as OPLAN GALUGAD.
    It was part of the City Government of Valenzuela and local PNP of the 90 day road to Drug Free
    City Challenge in accordance with the Valenzuelano Ayaw sa Droga (VAD) Program.

    2. Further, the said inspection were for the purposes of verifying the current state of the jail facility
    following the influx of new detainees in view of the campaign against illegal drugs and to utilize
    the newly acquired narcotics and explosives sniffing dogs of the City Government of Valenzuela.

    3. Furthermore, greyhound operations were conducted and NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND


    CONTRABANDS WERE FOUND during the said operation.

    4. For information and requests acknowledgement.
