Introduction
JMAC Thailand is the first Japanese company for
management consulting in Thailand and in South East Asia. It has
an international network withmore than 2,000 clients served

Organization background
JMA Consultants Inc. (JMAC) was founded in 1942 as the Japan Management
Association (JMA), a non-profit organization as a government support structure
aimed at the promotion of managerial efficiency in Japanese industry. JMAC had
opened the first branch in Thailand in 1997 by Mr.Yoshiaki Makino. At the first it
had a cooperation between TPM (Thailand Management Association) and JMAC
(Japan Management Association Consultants). Then in 2008 they expand the
consultation into Thailand and South East Asia ,from the beginnings in operational
quality and productivity consulting, they have expanded to meet the needs of
clients in Japan and overseas and now provide a full range of Management
Consulting services, from Strategy creation to R&D Innovation to Supply Chain
management.

Logistic is a management function to determine its cost from delivery speed and
resource utilization. Logistic strategy and plan should be prepared based on a
comprehensive view of market trend forecasts, business plan, and production and
sales policies.
