1.
Responsibilities
of
the
Exchange
Participant
Complete
and
enter
their
Exchange
Participant
(EP)
forms
on
Myaiesec.net.
The
student
should
be
flexible
to
increase
his/her
chances
in
finding
a
suitable
internship.
Have
written
proof
of
the
academic
background
and
working
experience
specified
on
the
EP
form.
Participate
in
and
pass
a
Review
Board
(interview)
organized
by
the
Local
Committee.
Attend
preparation
events
and
complete
the
preparation
requirements
of
the
country/territory.
Acquire
the
necessary
legal
documents
to
participate
in
a
traineeship
in
the
foreign
country
(visa,
insurance,
working
permit
and
other
required
documents).
Incur
all
expenses
related
to
transportation
to
the
host
country
and
territory.
Maintain
communication
with
the
Local
Committees
throughout
the
traineeship.
Complete
and
submit
an
evaluation
form
and
a
report
at
the
end
of
the
traineeship.
Integrate
himself/herself
in
the
Local
Committee
activities
in
the
home
and
host
country
and
territory.
Inform
the
Local
Committee
if
he/she
becomes
unavailable
for
a
traineeship,
or
if
he/she
is
looking
into
other
opportunities.
Leave
contact
information
with
the
Local
Committees
so
that
an
AIESEC
representative
can
contact
him/her
when
a
match
occurs.
Re-evaluate
the
options
specified
on
his/her
forms
if
he/she
has
not
been
matched
after
several
attempts.
Ensure
that
he/she
is
acquiring
adequate
insurance,
medical
certifications,
working
&
residence
permits,
and
flight
arrangements
for
the
traineeship.
Have
enough
money
to
cover
his/her
living
expenses
for
the
first
few
weeks
of
the
traineeship.
Officially
register
with
the
home
embassy
in
the
host
country.
Ensure
that
he/she
has
a
return
ticket
to
his/her
home
country.
Prepare
to
give
presentations
about
his/her
country
and
culture
to
company/organization
employees,
AIESEC
members,
and
other
audiences.
Take
a
proactive
and
independent
role
in
getting
involved
in
the
community
and
in
other
activities
outside
the
traineeship.
Give
input
to
the
host
local
and
Member
Committees
about
future
traineeship
opportunities
with
the
company/organization
he/she
is
working
for
to
provide
similar
opportunities
to
other
students
in
the
future.
Give
AIESEC
feedback
about
the
traineeship
experience
and
how
such
exchanges
could
be
improved
in
the
future.

Organize a Review Board and ensure that every student participating in a traineeship passes through it.
2.
Refund
Policies
The
EP
is
charged
an
affiliation
fee
to
AIESEC
Egypt
and
AIESEC
International
of
EGP
1,000
on
signing
the
contract,
before
the
EP
form
is
put
on
the
system.
If
the
EP
provides
valid
reasons
which
are
documented
for
withdrawal
from
the
Exchange
Program,
to
be
reviewed
by
Vice
President
of
Outgoing
Exchange
and
Vice
President
Finance
and
the
Financial
Taskforce.
Only
EGP
500
will
be
refunded,
only
after
2
months
of
the
raise
and
if
the
EP
was
not
offered
any
TNs
to
match
with.

or
any
other
information
stated
on
my
Student
Resume
and
Exchange
Participant
Contract
is
valid
and
correct.
I
have
also
paid
1,000
L.E.,
One
Thousand
Egyptian
Pounds
as
participation
fees
to
join
AIESEC
International
Internship
program.
Participation
fees
are
mainly
used
to
cover
expenses
that
occur
to
facilitate
the
Exchange
process.
These
expenses
may
include;
affiliation
fees
paid
to
AIESEC
International,
affiliation
fees
paid
to
AIESEC
Egypt
and
expenses
occurred
for
organising
preparation
activities.
This
contract
is
valid
for
a
total
period
of
12
months
starting
from
the
date
of
putting
the
EP
form
on
available
on
MyAIESEC.net.
This
guarantees
the
EP
right
to
put
his
EP
form
for
a
maximum
period
of
6
months
during
his/her
matching
period.
AIESEC
AUC
reserves
the
right
to
cancel
this
contract
if
at
any
given
time
it
is
proven
that
any
information
provided
to
AIESEC
AUC
by
the
Exchange
Participant
is
different
from
the
truth
or
the
Exchange
Participant
violated
any
of
the
terms
stated
above.
Kindly
note
that:
Participation
fees
do
not
cover
flights,
insurance,
visas,
accommodation
or
any
other
travel
or
work
related
expenses
incurred
by
the
student
to
go
on
and
participate
in
an
AIESEC
exchange.
Participation
fees
do
not
cover
participation
fees
of
the
Preparation
Seminar,
which
is
a
must
before
travelling.
