holder with respect to exclusive use and enjoyment of the right of support and
the right of access.
With reference to the provisions in the National Land Code 1965 and the

MLJ 212 that the caveat system in Malaysia has served as a local substitute

statutory injunction of an interlocutory nature restraining the caveatee from
dealing with the land pending the determination by the court of the caveators
claim to title to the land. The caveat is principally aimed at maintaining the

expected to rise 6% per year. Loss of productivity is also to be 6% per year after the
first year. Plant use is planned for 1,900 hours per year. The cost for a replacement
