Recruitment & Selection Process:

Responsible for the entire life cycle of the Recruitment process.

Hands on experience on Job Portals like Naukri & Monster, with Sourcing
Methodologies, Screening, Short-listing.
Conducting Face to Face & telephonic interviews.
Salary Negotiation.
Handling IT//Non-IT recruitment.

Induction & Joining Formalities:


Collecting & verifying all required documents and filing the same.
Issuing Access cards, Issuing ID cards.
Co-ordinate with IT team for seating arrangements and system allocation.
Co-coordinating with Admin for company accommodation for any relocation
candidate
Completing the bank formalities for the new joiners.
Maintaining and recording the data of the new joiners' into the payroll system.

Collating the monthly attendance for all departments, maintaining and updating
leave balances.

the employee and getting the clearance from them to complete the process

Reports:
Creating & maintaining monthly reports namely, confirmation reports, new joinee reports,
interview feedback report, and forwarded the same to HR Head.
Day to-day HR Activities:
Preparing & Issuing various HR related letters namely, appointment letter, confirmation
letter, address proof letter, increment letter, relieving letters, etc. to particular employees
on time.
