Water Activities
Water Exercise Classes- Join us for a low-impact workout entirely
completed in the water. Morning classes meet in the warm-water pool for a
work-out suitable for all ages and abilities. Evening classes meet in the lappool and do include entering into the deep end with floatation devices.
Morning Time: M-F 9am-10am/ Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 6pm7pm
Arthritis Water Workout- This course is designed to be a suitable lowimpact workout for anyone suffering from any mobility and flexibility
issues. Gain strength and reduce joint-pain with our Arthritis Water
Workout offered through partnerships with the Arthritis Foundation. All
classes are taught in the warm-water pool to provide maximum comfort.
Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:45pm-5:45pm
Swim Lessons- Lessons are available for all ages and abilities. Parent/Child
5pm, Level I 5:30pm, Level II 6pm, Level III 6:30pm, Level IV/V 7pm. Adult
lessons are available pending interest.
Time: September 2nd-25th Tuesdays & Thursdays
Cost: $40 per session (8 lessons total)
Land Activities
Senior Fitness: Mon, Wed, Thur 10:00am Cost: FREE
SilverSneakers Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to
increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily
living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers
ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or
standing support.
Time: See Fitness Schedule for days and times. Classes are 4 days a week.
Where: Conference Room A
Boot camp Workout: Join ex-Marine, Meghan, as she gives you a total
body workout that can be adapted to any age and ability. From kickboxing,
to yoga, to circuit training, you will never get bored with this great allaround class!
iCore- This core-focused class will pay specific attention to the abdominals,
oblique, and back. Each exercise will be presented with higher and lower
intensity options so this class is for all levels of fitness. There will be a warm
and cool down portion to this class so you can attend after Bootcamp or
come as a stand-alone workout! A stronger core can improve lower back
pain, increase balance, and decrease risk of injuries.
TRX Suspension Training: Please see our fitness brochure for more details
about the TRX classes offered at this facility. Also, visit
www.TRXTraining.com for more information. Many classes are included in
the WCCPR membership, but TRX Commit requires an additional fee and
pre-registration.
Parents Day Out: Need to do some early Christmas shopping or have you
been struggling to find time for a date night? Drop your kiddos off with us
on Dec. 6th & 20th for a fun-filled afternoon while you get time for whatever
you want!
Please send children with a packed dinner that contains no peanuts or
peanut products. Children who are potty trained up to age 12 are eligible.
Please preregister so we can plan appropriate activities

Cost: $10 per child or free to those with a Family Membership
4th Annual Gingerbread House Party- Participate in the fun-filled tradition
of building a gingerbread house with all the supplies you can dream of.
Each child gets to build their own house and take it home with them. The
best part is we clean up the mess!
December 13th 4pm in the College Park Gym
Pre-Register by December 12th and pay just $6 per builder.
Family Membership holders who pre-register pay only $2 per builder.
All at-the-door registrations are $10 per builder.
