Presentation The 5177703 is a tri-sector system that contains three twin band, wideband antennas installed at 120 in a cylindrical shroud. A service area at the bottom can be opened for access to the connectors and to the manual adjustments of the electrical downtilts. Variants can be delivered with only one or two sectors fitted in it. See table below for ordering options. Model Number Reference Manual Electrical Tilt Remote Electrical Tilt AISG v1.1 Remote Electrical Tilt AISG v2.0 / 3GPP Three-Sector 5177703 5177603 5177603G Two-Sector 5177702 5177602 5177602G One-Sector 5177701 5177601 5177601G
Access Ports Description (Connectors) Each sector has 4 connectors located inside the service area and marked with coloured rings. See photo on following page. Wide band ports 1710-2170 MHz WHITE rings 2 x 7-16 DIN female long neck BLUE rings 2 x 7-16 DIN female long neck
Wide band ports recommended for UMTS2100 1710-2170 MHz Electrical Characteristics (general) The antenna contains two independent arrays per sector. Electrical downtilt can be controlled separately on each internal array of each sector. Manual control: The electrical tilt is changed by turning the adjustment screw at the end of the tilt indicator with a 10 mm socket wrench. Remote control: The antenna can be delivered with a double-RET module for each sector installed in the service area, compatible with AISG v1.1 or AISG v2.0/3GPP. The remote control of other equipment or sectors is possible by daisy-chain through the use of an extra AISG connector located on the RET module. Antennas delivered with RET units installed are supplied with the necessary AISG cable for the daisy-chain between the two RETs of each double-RET module (one cable per sector). RET Module Part Number (one per sector required) RETU-DCA21 for AISG v1.1 protocol (three units included in 5177603) RETU-DCG21 for AISG v2.0 / 3GPP protocol (three units included in 5177603G)

TRIO Extension
General Description A TRIO Extension is a short mounting mast (0.85) with the same diameter (388 mm), same outside material and same colour as the antenna. The two major advantages of the extensions are getting the antenna higher and housing our TMA2100. TRIO Extension Dimensions (height x diameter) Weight Shroud Flange Wind speed - Operational Wind speed - Survival 850 x 388 mm 41.5 kg Outdoor plastic, Grey RAL 7035 Galvanized steel 160 km/h 200 km/h 99 mph 125 mph 33.5 x 15.3 in 91 lbs
