ETAP Power Lab Program For Universities & Colleges

(Detailed Description)
The ETAP Power Lab Program provides qualifying institutions with the ETAP Academic Edition for use by instructors and students within the educational environment. The Academic Edition of the ETAP Enterprise Solution provides educational institutions with access to the latest technology for the design, modeling, simulation, and operation of electrical power systems. Blending ETAP into standard power system curriculum gives students an excellent opportunity to learn and apply essential power system concepts utilizing the most sophisticated electrical engineering software package available for offline solutions. With a commercial value of approximately $472,416 USD ($320,906 for software and $151,510 for the Upgrade and User Support) for the Academic Edition, OTI understands and supports the serious need for educational institutes to have the latest technology to instruct and teach the power system engineers of the future. Operation Technology, Inc., OTI, the designers and developers of ETAP, is pleased to offer the following ETAP Academic Edition to help instructors enhance their power system analysis courses with more realistic and tangible examples and projects. A 20-concurrent user network LAN version of the ETAP simulation software will be provided so that every student can have maximum use of the software for school projects and practical learning. Qualifying institutions must be fully accredited and must offer undergraduate and/or graduate level power engineering courses to take advantage of this program.
