Page 2 of 4 Dear Sir, Many thanks for your enquiry and for the opportunity provided us to quote for your requirement. With the above mentioned reference, please find below our best proposal for the Hire of Equipments and Manpower for carrying out the Hydraulic Bolting Services at Yasref, as per the details provided by you. SCOPE OF WORK: To provide equipments and manpower for carrying out the Hydraulic Bolting Services at Yasref on 2 x 900# flange, as per the details provided by you. MANPOWER LIST: Crew Level: 01 Crew in Day shift. Each crew consist of 02 Hydratight Trained Technicians and will work for a shift of 10 hrs including lunch and refreshment breaks. HIRE PRICE SCHEDULE:
Hire price for Manpower & Equipments: SR 3,600/- per crew per shift of 10hrs. Mob / Demob charge: SR. 5,500/- per crew per mobilization. Overtime charges if worked beyond 10hrs will be on pro-rate basis.

NOTE:
NUMBER OF CREWS DEPLOYED TO PERFORM THE JOB WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON SITE REQUIREMENTS AND SCHEDULE PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT AND CHARGED FOR.

Hydratight - Tig Tesco standard service terms and conditions will be applied. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. PRICE:

The above PRICES are based on the assumption that the required kit is available in our Dammam stock at the time of hire (HIRE STOCKS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY). 2. PAYMENT:

100% Advance along with clear and firm purchase order. 3. VALIDITY:

Validity of this proposal is 30 days from the date of submission of proposal.

Page 3 of 4 4. EQUIPMENTS AND MANPOWER: 1. Normally available in Jubail subject to prior allocation on other jobs. 2. Part Days worked are charged at full days rate. 3. During normal working shift if technician is sent off site, but retained on call, full rates apply. 4. Security pass, ID, work permit, Insurance ...etc at customers cost and responsibility. 5. Taxes / Levies if any will be at customers cost and responsibility. 5. ON-SITE FACILITIES:

Customer to provide the following:1. Compressed air at 90 psi and 110 cfm along with air hose line c/w Chicago fittings near the place of work. 2. Scaffolding and or work platform if deemed necessary. 3. Temporary lighting if required. 4. Assistance with material handling equipment for the off-loading, installation, on-site material movement and re-loading of our equipment on site. 5. Work Permit and any special safety kit. 6. LOOSENING OF BOLTS:

We will break loose the nut, this covers the unloading of the stud to the point where zero bolt load is achieved. This does not cover the nut removal from the stud or the stud removal from the flange. Additionally no contractual obligation is accepted to break loose nuts where the nuts are heavily rusted on to the studs, or abnormally fixed to the studs in any other way. The equipment supplied to break loose the nuts are considered to be of adequate capacity to achieve a zero bolt load, even where the studs are in a dry unlubricated condition. If, however, for whatever reason the break loose torque is abnormally high to the extent that the equipment has insufficient capacity, no contractual obligation is accepted to supply alternative equipment or services. Working on joints that are live and operational is subject to our Companys safety regulations and will be handled on case to case basis. 7. ASSEMBLY:

All nuts must be free running, tightened up to the flange face and fitted according to Hydratight Ltd specification for Torque Wrench / Bolt Tensioners as the case may be. The assembly of the joint is not our responsibility although advice and assistance may be given. Working on joints that are live and operational is subject to our Companys safety regulations and will be handled on case to case basis.

FOR EQUIPMENT & MANPOWER: Time sheet will be made on daily basis and it has to be approved on daily basis by an authorised person from Client. This authorised time sheet will form the basis for our Invoicing for hire service.
