Led a team of 8 test members, created test plans and effort estimation sheets for five quarterly releases. Directly interacted with the Business Analysts and the Functional Analysts at the company . Contributed in a team of excellence in creation of a new automation tool and automated the testing processes in the project to a major extent that could save 1700 man-hours of effort per quarterly release.     May05 Study of underground Mining Operations Jun05 Studied the working of underground mines, types of machineries used, the methods of ventilation and the Safety features involved. May06 Study of Opencast Mining Operations Jun06 Studied mining operations, machineries used therein and the blasting operations in the mine. Came up with ideas to increase productivity with limited resources. Optimization of Blasting practices in Indian Mines Aug06-Apr07 The project aimed at taking into consideration all the blasting practices and explosives used, the latest development in those and coming up with the best possible combination to optimise the whole of the drilling operation in any of the Indian mines. The solution was also taken considering all the constraints like the geology of the area and nearby existing structures (like dams, railway lines) and buildings. An equation was derived based on all data and constraints, and a user friendly C ++ program was designed on it to provide the desired result. Jul10 Till Date

    July10 Till Volunteer Indore Marathon-2010 Date Promote and attract participation for the Indore Marathon-2010 in the colleges in and around Indore. Jan08 Member GPTW (Great Place to Work) Team, Accenture May10 Organised Team events like kite flying, rangoli, bay decoration, etc in the premises to create better work environment. Organised 6 team outings, one every quarter and competitions like TT and Carom within the teams. Received appreciation from my senior managers for the good work.
