    CAMPUS PLACEMENT INFORMATION ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 1. Students with good communication skills and clarity of thoughts are eligible.

    2. Students with no back paper/ backlog in any year are eligible. Percentage is not criteria for selection. 3. Being a construction industry, only those can appear for campus interview who has a will and wish to relocate anywhere in INDIA or Abroad away from their domicile/home location for long duration. Offered Position during Campus Placement Trainee Engineer Trainee/ Trainee Supervisor (for functions like Stores/Admin/Planning/Safety/Execution/Civil/Mechanical etc.) TRAINEE ENGINEERS: Qualification Criteria: Only Diploma (Mechanical & Civil) Engineers pass out in 2013 are eligible to apply. Percentage No Bar Students with Back Logs are not eligible to appear for interview. TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL Task (as follows but not limited too): 1. To review construction drawings. 2. To prepare various project reports, including status, forecasts, project delivery planning, etc. 3. To integrate of schedules for various trades, viz., civil, mechanical Electrical etc. 4. Responsible for day to day site work 5. Implement technical requirements for the project 6. Report any non-confirming work 7. Daily check on Alignments workability 8. Identify & report technical queries to Head office 9. Update Reports prescribed by RCM on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Salary Package: Diploma Engineer Trainee: Rs.1.08 lakhs p.a. gross salary (plus free accommodation till training) Lunch during working days would be provided by company at nominal cost per month. Breakfast, Lunch (During Holidays) and Dinner will be borne by Trainee. Company will provide Guest House with kitchen and cooking facility.

    TRAINEE/ TRAINEE SUPERVISOR: Qualification Criteria: Only B.A/B.COM/B.SC (Any Stream) pass out in 2013 is eligible to apply. Percentage No Bar Students with Back Logs are not eligible to appear for interview. TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL Task (as follows but not limited too): 1. Continuous inspection of jobs in progress. 2. Provide guidance to do a job in co-ordination with external agencies and as per the schedule given. 3. Carry out all kinds of inspection and tests to ensure quality of work. 4. Obtain approval of the tests from the client and arrange their documentation. 5. Test certificates are to be properly preserved and copies documented with other agencies. 6. To look after safe operation of all kinds of construction activities in progress. 7. Give guidance to entire work force for safe conduction of work through the use of safety appliances and dress materials like goggles, hand gloves, shoes, etc. 8. Testing of all kinds of equipment, tools and tackles like jigs, fixtures, chain pulley blocks, rolling machines, welding machines, drilling machines, etc. along with cutting tools, associated tools, etc used for the jobs. 9. Engaging work force of all kinds and as and where required, extend residential and messing facilities to such employees. 10. As and where required, arrange transportation medical facilities to the staff or workers at site. 11. Co-ordinate with local licensing authorities (labour/ transport/ medical/taxation) to comply with the related statutory obligations. Salary Package: Diploma Engineer Trainee: Rs.0.69 lakhs p.a. gross salary (plus free accommodation). Lunch during working days would be provided by company at nominal cost per month.     Terms & Condition of Employment


    Bond: There is a Three (03) years Bond that a candidate needs to sign before entering into Service. The candidates are required to pay damages towards loss and breach of service agreement: A. During Training Period if employee leave the services : Rs.50,000 /B. After Training Period within 1st year: Rs.40,000/C. 2nd year after Training: Rs.25,000/-

    Other Terms & Conditions: 1. The candidates are required to submit their original mark-sheets with the company, till completion of their Training. 2. The candidates services are transferable and should be willing to relocate to any of project sites in India or Overseas. 3. The candidates should be ready to work extended hours, as per the work requirements. Pedagogy of Training Successful candidates would be hired as Trainee Engineers and will be inducted at IOT ANWESHA, Head Office, Baroda (Gujarat), where they will undergo 6 month intensive training program. In first 6 month of training, focus will be given to Company Policy Procedures, Personality and Soft Skill Development, English Improvement, IT Training, Construction Management, and Office Management etc. After completion of 6 month training at HO, Trainees will be placed at different sites as per requirement of the company. NO LEAVES will be given during training period (except Public Holidays).
