1. Definition of your business


Objective-our objective is to supply good quality, more hygienic and fresh raw milk as well as pasteurized milk and milk product in low cost to our customers (majorly medium class families) by opening our own dairies. Since with increasing demand of milk in India and rest of the world the incidents of milawat in milk, duplicate milk products comes into highlights. So for this reason we decided to supply a more hygienic, fresh and good quality of milk in low cost. So that each category of major population can afford it. Here we will have our own dairies in villages from which we will collect milk to our processing plants where it will be pasteurized, homogenized or packed as raw milk, ghee, or other products will be formed. Missiono Establishment of a market of atleast 2000L/per day milk supply of only raw milk at the end of 1 year o Apart from this other products should also should have good market o Our customers should be satisfied because they are the source of our income o Atleast a turnover of Rs 10 Crore at the end of second year o Establishment of automatic milk processing plant in jaipur or nearby jaipur in 2 years o o

Free home delivery in day time which is in plastic or other packing for a order of more than 5L a the time of start and minimum order amount will be reduced after some time accordingly as business will expand.
