5.1 RESEARCH DESIGN: The Research is Descriptive Research. In the present Research I have collected data through Survey of 30 employees. 5.2 HYPOTHESIS: Null Hypothesis Alternate HypothesisTraining and Development Programme of Workforce India is not effective. Training and Development Programme of Workforce India is effective. 5.3 SAMPLING PLAN Convenient Sampling Method is used because the list of the customers was provided by the company. 5.4 SAMPLE SIZE: 30 employees. 5.5 DATA COLLECTION: Both Primary & Secondary Data was used. Primary data is collected through survey with the help of questionnaire. Secondary data is collected through websites & published sources. 5.6 RESEARCH LIMITATIONS The respondents were limited and cannot be treated as the whole population. The respondents may be biased. The accuracy of indications given by the respondents may not be consider adequate 10
