Eating Healthy

Eating healthy means choosing foods that make our bodies strong and happy. We should eat lots of

colorful fruits and vegetables every day. Apples, bananas, carrots, and spinach are great choices!

It’s good to have grains like rice, bread, and pasta, but the whole grain ones are even better for us.

They give us energy to play and learn.

Drinking water is important too. It keeps us hydrated and helps our bodies work well.
