Hi Chloe,
How are you? I returned from a week-long adventure camp only yesterday. I
wanted to tell you about it.
The camp was located in the countryside with a view of the mountains. The air
was fresh and clean. I was one of 50 pupils at the camp. There were several camp
counsellors too. They were friendly, kind and helpful.
Every morning started early. We had breakfast around 7 p.m. and the first activity
began at 7.30 p.m. We had lunch at 1 p.m. and dinner at 7.30 p.m. We were usually in
our cabins by 9 p.m. and slept at 10 p.m.
Our mornings and afternoons were packed with activities. Some days we did outdoor
activities such as trekking, rock climbing, zip-lining, boating and mountain biking. On
other days, we had photography lessons, nature talks and scavenger hunts.
One day, we camped overnight in the outdoors. We learnt how to pitch a tent, start
a campfire and cook our food. We went on a jungle night walk too.
