    I. Rationale

    Pursuant to President Proclamation No.242 s.2011, National Teachers’ Month/


    World Teachers’ Day Celebration shall commence from September 05 to October 05
    with this year’s theme: Together for Teachers: Appreciation, Admiration, Approval,
    Attention and one of the activities in this celebration is the Search of Miss Personality
    Plus which aims to highlight the not just the beauty of our very own teachers but also,
    the personality and brains of our female teachers.

    In line with this, we, Tagbilaran City Science High School, propose a budget for
    our candidate as she joins the Search of Miss Personality Plus. We hope for your
    cooperation and support for our own candidate.

    Madam:

    Good day!

    We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to respectfully request
    financial assistance of P8,760.00 for the payment of the remaining 146 raffle tickets (P60.00 per
    raffle ticket) which were handed to the school last October 2024 from the Federated Parent-
    Teacher Association. The raffle draw will happen on November 30, 2024.

    As the school heads of TCSHS, we humbly ask for the assistance since the school and the parents of
    the students can’t afford to buy the tickets. We propose that the contingency funds which is part of
    the SPTA funds can be the source in buying the remaining tickets. TCSHS SPTA (as the buyer’s
    name) and the signature of the SPTA President will be written on the tickets. It is up to the
    association on how it will utilize the prize if in case it will get the prize.
