1. Introduction
Ashati is a multilevel step‐by‐step healing and reconnection journey back to your true and higher
self, its knowledge, perceptions and natural gifts, and its ability to simply and directly experience,
feel and know the truth beyond our physical reality and our physical senses. It is a completely unique
and revolutionary process that will naturally help to trigger and speed up deep emotional, mental
and sometimes physical healing, let go of false limitations and restrictive influences, reconnect you
energetically and directly to higher levels within your own consciousness, and much more. This will
ultimately help you reach expansion, balance and enlightenment, and it is the first step towards the
complete energetic, or structural, ascension process with the Ascension levels (Ascension 1 to 5).
This journey, which has already helped many people around the world, cannot always be objectively
described with words, but must often be experienced, as it is an inner journey back to the essence
of who you are. Ashati does not impose rules or practices, but rather helps you free yourself from
unnecessary beliefs, fears and limitations. It does not force you to let go of all other practices,
spiritual and others, but rather helps you find the connection with and the beauty in everything,
everyone and every experience, the rewarding as much as the challenging ones. Ashati does not
impose healing and change that you are not ready for, but simply allows a higher and often still
unconscious part of you to find a voice within, and to show you your own path and unique life
purpose.
Going back to the true essence of who you are involves the release of what is not truly you, but yet
subconsciously influences you every day. Ashati may therefore help you remove deep energetic
blockages, repressed emotions, past‐life traumas, limiting beliefs and thought patterns, self‐
imposed limitations and suffering, false goals, wants and needs, etc. It will enable you to open your
mind to new perspectives, stronger inner guidance, knowledge and realisations about our multi‐
dimensional universe, your multi‐dimensional mind and body, as well as the principles of healing,
creation and manifestation. This process will enable you to discover and understand your true self,
and this has already helped countless people with their direction and purpose in life, finding a new
career path, minimising stress, making more effective decisions, deciphering what they truly want
out of life, and generally feeling happier and more peaceful as a result.
Going back to your true self requires the energetic reconnection between the three levels of your
being: body, soul and spirit. This process is the strength and the uniqueness of this system, and it is
done mostly through energy activations and self‐healing work. Whether it is for personal
6 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
development or professional training in energy healing, many people all over the world have been
amazed by the profound changes they have observed in their own being and in their lives.
The full Ashati journey is divided into three sections: the Ashati levels (Ashati 1, 2 and 3), the five
advanced levels (Ascension 1 to 5), and the Alsemia levels (Alsemia 1 to 12). There are also
complementary courses: Higher Senses and Soul Rescue, in addition to the Ashati Teacher training.
The entire Ashati system is based upon the process of energetic ascension, in the three main aspects
of our multi‐dimensional being. Ashati 1, 2 and 3 focus on consciousness ascension, which is centred
on the level of awareness a person functions from within their physical body, which is closely
connected to their chakra system and its development. The Alsemia activations are about physical
ascension, elevating the vibration of the physical body and giving it direct access to higher
dimensional energies, mostly for healing purposes. The higher levels, Alsemia 5 to 12, also give the
ability to reconnect with and explore the different levels of the subconscious. Finally, the Ascension
levels are all about “energetic ascension”, or structural ascension, focused on the actual energy
bodies connected to the physical body and nervous system. These levels are directly linked to the
reconnection to the spirit.
By working directly on the energy structure of your being, from which your level of consciousness,
natural higher perceptions, intuition, healing potential and other abilities come from, you are able
to fast‐track your development journey. Each level is however more like a giant leap forward rather
than a small step, as indeed, a lot of changes, clearing, healing and transformation will be able to
naturally take place each time.
The Ashati 1, 2 and 3 energy activations will also give you access to healing energies, which you will
be able to channel through your chakra system and out of your hands. They will enable you to
perform energy healings, for yourself but also for others, which take from 20 to 40 minutes, on
average. These healings are highly enjoyable and deeply relaxing. They are also central to this
journey and will speed up a natural process of reconnection, healing and clearing on many levels of
your being.
Ashati 1, 2 and 3 are mostly focused on "consciousness" and its emotions, thoughts, beliefs and
higher senses, to lead to its accelerated development, expansion and reconnection to higher levels.
This training also introduces completely new ways of thinking, which step away from “words” and
linear thinking to develop the extraordinary and often latent power of higher thoughts, allowing you
to think more clearly and efficiently. The immense healing and manifestation abilities it provides
can be considered as the results of this enlightening spiritual ascension process and the going back
to the source of one’s true nature.
Each energy activation within the entire system is followed by a 21‐day integration period during
which daily self‐healings are required. Although the re‐emergence of repressed energies will affect
7 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
your mood and vitality level from time to time during that period, it will also be an amazing time of
deep change, realisations, inspiration, enlightenment, releasing of old burdens and whatever else
can be released with that level of energy, at that particular stage in your own and very personal
Ashati journey.
The Alsemia energy activations will also give you access to a wide range of powerful healing
energies, found within nature, this time centred on clearing, balancing and healing the energies,
energy structures and energy bodies directly affecting the physical body, its health and
development. These will be accessed in a whole new way, unique to Alsemia, which will enable you
to perform intensified healings, therefore often shorter in duration. The very advanced Alsemia 5
to 12 energy activations will enable you to connect with and explore the layers of the subconscious
mind, in addition to providing entire new types of physical healing energies. The manuals and online
content for all courses provide all the information and techniques needed to understand these
changes and to develop many new skills and abilities.
After having completed Ashati 1, 2 and 3, as well as and the first Alsemia levels, you will be able to
go through the stages of energetic ascension: Ascension 1 to 5. These are a revolutionary
opportunity for complete energetic ascension, something which is believed to have been
prophesied in many ancient civilisations. This truly unique and life‐changing process may not only
transform your life, but also the life of those around you.
Energetic (or structural) ascension is a natural process that many spiritual masters, through time
and civilisations, have sought to achieve, at least partially. This process of evolution is now available
in full to humanity through this unique system, over months or years, instead of decades or often
lifetimes.
Ascension is about activating a completely natural and safe evolutionary process that is coded and
dormant in our multi‐dimensional being. It is therefore simply a matter of activating these higher
levels of development, one at a time, giving you enough time to integrate the energetic changes
and to let all the associated healing and clearing processes take place within each stage.
The energies and the changes created by the combined energy activations of each level within
Ashati, Alsemia and Ascension are completely different from other existing techniques and energies,
although they are perfectly complementary.
While the complete Ashati journey (combining Ashati, Alsemia and Ascension) is recommended to
reach your full potential, many people feel satisfied with their transformation and healing process
after completing some of the levels only. It is entirely up to each person to decide if and when they
feel ready for the next level in their own Ashati journey.

Ashati endeavours to maintain the lowest possible prices in order to make this valuable energy work
and transformational journey more accessible. You will receive a certificate of completion for all
completed courses. These certificates will be provided online directly by the Ashati Institute.
Registration as a teacher is essential and mandatory in order to teach and pass on the Ashati energy
activations to others. This is mostly to ensure quality and consistency of training around the world,
and to provide support as well as additional tools and knowledge to teachers, whether they do this
work professionally or simply to help friends and relatives.
Consciousness represents this immaterial sense of self‐awareness ‐ the world within ‐ and
awareness of what is all around us ‐ the world without. Our physical body is connected to seven
different energy bodies through the chakra system, each affecting the way we experience our
consciousness in the physical body, and creating different layers of thoughts and emotions.
Consciousness as we know it, while incarnated in a physical body, is therefore very complex and
multi‐level. Ashati distinguishes three main levels of consciousness in the physical body, with
distinctive qualities, benefits and limitations. With each level comes different perspectives and
abilities to receive knowledge (or to understand knowledge, even from the same teachings), new
degrees of self‐awareness, inner guidance and connection to our universe, and much more. And all
this starts with the brain and its connection to the chakra system.
More information about consciousness in its purely energetic form, outside the physical body, is
provided in the higher Alsemia levels (Alsemia 5 to 12), which focus on exploring these levels of the
consciousness energy that the brain doesn’t normally access, or not fully, and which therefore
create an important aspect of what we call the subconscious.
The brain seems to be an interface between the energy bodies and the physical body, as it appears
to transform energy of various origins and vibrations (e.g. from the lower emotional body, lower
mental body, etc.) into physiological responses in neurones in the form of electrical impulses and in
the release of neurotransmitters, for example. These and other physiological responses make us
“feel” and “think” while in a physical body. They are therefore our physical thoughts and feelings.
These physical emotions and thoughts can be created directly and solely on the physical level. Or,
as mentioned above, they can be the results of the brain’s “translation work” of emotional and
mental energies from our energy bodies, which make their way to the nervous system, mostly via
the chakra system (these two systems being intimately connected). In more simple terms, we
therefore appear to be able to think from “within our brain” (energetically “disconnected” from our
9 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
energetic self), or from a higher level within us, a non‐physical level. The ability to have higher and
higher aspects of our energy self (i.e. soul and then spirit) “communicate” with the brain is one of
the main purposes of the Ashati system’s energy activations and self‐healing work. This
development journey creates natural changes in our awareness and the way we see, feel,
understand and even manifest.
It is important to also understand that even though the brain creates our “conscious awareness” as
we know it within the physical body, there are many brain processes and activities that function
outside of our conscious awareness. These are mainly in relation to operating and maintaining the
body and to more “common” actions or stimuli perceived in our immediate environment, which are
being dismissed from the conscious mind. Therefore, not all information processed by the brain
becomes conscious.
Just like the body, the brain is under the influence of both the male and female polarities. This is
represented by the existence of two hemispheres. The left hemisphere (like the right side of the
body) is connected to the masculine polarity. A simple definition of its role is to “analyse” the world.
It processes information by looking at the parts rather than the whole. It also usually hosts the
language centre. Therefore, the activity in the left brain allows us to communicate with words, be
rational and logical.
On the other hand, the right side of the brain (like the left side of the body) is associated with the
feminine polarity and linked to a more holistic perspective. This part of our brain sees and feels the
bigger picture, the whole rather than the parts. The right brain enables us to see patterns and is
often linked to artistic and intuitive activities, for example.
In general terms, on the body level, the masculine energy, or rather polarity, is more about being
active, giving, reaching out and thinking. The feminine polarity is more about being passive,
receiving, observing and feeling.
To reach our full potential, we must learn to use both brain’s hemispheres and both body’s polarities
in a balanced way, using their specific strengths depending on the tasks to perform.
As a physical being, the level of consciousness that you experience in your body seems to greatly
depend on your energetic development, and on the energy bodies that your brain is more strongly
‘connected to’, to put it in simple terms. The energy activations included in the Ashati system
directly work on this connection between your energy self and your physical self. This is the reason
why so many people have noticed their energy change and their consciousness expand so quickly
after having received and integrated the energy activations.

The human chakras and energy bodies have been described by many ancient traditions. They are
also the basis of many emerging holistic healing modalities, which are obtaining effective results all
around the world and thus becoming increasingly popular. These chakras and energy bodies are
described in the Chakras & Energy Bodies manual (part of this Ashati 1 course). If you do not have
access to this online content, please contact your registered Ashati teacher.
Like the vast majority of humans at this time in our evolution, you are most likely going to start this
journey connected to your “lower consciousness”, mainly associated with your lower energy bodies
and chakras (below the heart chakra): the etheric body, the lower emotional body and the lower
mental body. Their associated chakras are the base chakra, the sacral chakra and the solar plexus
chakra. This level of consciousness within the body is mostly controlled by your lower mental body,
and can also affect the higher chakras (which is why the hand positions during healings also cover
them). Healing and clearing this entire level of consciousness is the main focus of the Ashati 1 energy
activation, energies and self‐healing techniques.
The connective body and its chakra (the heart chakra) form a connective level between the soul and
the physical body, and between the higher consciousness and the lower consciousness. Some
healing on the heart level will be facilitated with the Ashati 1 energies, although influences and
blockages stemming from past‐lives and other soul level issues will require the Ashati 2 energies to
be healed and cleared.
Like each of the three Ashati levels, the first activation is also going to increase your awareness
within its associated level of consciousness (in this case, the lower consciousness). This will help you
become more aware of what affects this level of your being and mind, and it will greatly develop
your sensitivity to this level of energy in general.
If you decide to go further, at least 21 days after your Ashati 1 energy activation, the Ashati 2 energy
activation will focus on the “higher consciousness”, linked to what is commonly called the soul, and
which is created by the higher energy bodies, connected to the chakras above the heart chakra. In
addition to deep past‐life clearing and healing, the level 2 energy activation and energy work will
push you forward in your development to help you become much more consciously aware of this
higher part of your being and your mind. This increase in awareness is indeed often felt as a
transition from the lower consciousness to the higher consciousness.
With this change comes a new, subtle, but profoundly different way of being, feeling, acting and
even thinking. A higher consciousness will also help you become more conscious of your higher
senses. It will therefore help you to develop this perception of something larger than the physical
reality, as well as the increasingly stronger inner guidance from your own higher‐self.
With the Ashati 3 energy activation comes the opening of dormant chakras above your crown, and
the transition to an even higher level of consciousness within the physical body: the “spirit
11 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
consciousness”. This level of consciousness and connection will be gradually expanded and refined
with each Ascension energy activation. This spirit consciousness access and the advanced Ascension
levels are believed to be the reason why many more spiritually advanced souls decided to incarnate
on Earth at this time and will continue to do so for generations.
Finally, the higher Alsemia energy activations will enable you to feel, connect with and explore
higher levels within your consciousness energy itself, which reaches beyond the physical body, and
which creates various layers of subconscious influences and knowledge. Healing work with these
energies feels like a deep regression / hypnosis, often rich in energetic sensation and new insights.
3. Ashati Healing
An energy activation is an energetic ceremony which expands your higher chakras and “opens” them
to a determined energy (e.g. the energy of Ashati 1, Ashati 2, etc.). In addition, most of the Ashati
energy activations also trigger changes in the chakra and energy body structure of the recipient, to
lead to consciousness expansion and development. This is completely safe and under the control of
your own higher‐self. It is simply a matter of awakening new and “pre‐coded” levels of development
and vibration.
An energy activation often also increases your higher senses (psychic senses), or at least their
potential, which must be then accessed and developed through specific training. You may notice a
change instantly, or, most likely, you will feel a gradual shift over a few weeks, especially over the
first 21 days. Once you have received an energy activation, you will have the ability to channel that
specific energy for the remainder of your life.
A 21‐day integration, healing and clearing period will start immediately after your level 1 energy
activation, and all future Ashati, Alsemia and Ascension energy activations. This is the most
important part of all energy activations, and it is essential to perform daily self‐healings during this
period. Regular “maintenance” self‐healing sessions are also recommended afterwards (e.g. twice
or three times a week, for example).
Because of the integration period, it is also important to wait at least 21 days before receiving the
next level’s energy activation (within the same energy system – e.g. between Ashati 1 and Ashati 2,
or between Alsemia 1 and Alsemia 2).
The Ashati 1 energy activation itself has great healing and transformation effects on the lower
mental body and the solar plexus chakra, as it directly connects them to higher vibrational energies
through the heart and higher chakras. It is, in some way, like switching on the light in a dark room.
12 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
However, channelling the energies during self‐healings is essential in order to receive all these
benefits and to completely integrate this new vibrational level.
As a result of this healing and clearing process, mostly happening in the background (subconscious),
you may at times feel more tired and perhaps more emotional or confused than usual, especially
during the first or second week. Please do not worry ‐ this is a good sign as it shows that a lot of
repressed energies are being released. These feelings are only temporary and you are very likely to
feel much better than before, once the 21 days are behind you. Your relationships, work and life in
general may also be affected during this period (or shortly after) if there are aspects of them that
need change, clearing or healing. This whole process will ensure that you are in line with your
highest good and deepest desires, which is the key to future happiness, fulfilment and balance.
Our energy bodies do affect each other, and the lower mental body has an especially intricate
connection with the lower emotional body (connected to the sacral chakra) and the connective body
(connected to the heart chakra), both having a strong influence on other lower and higher energy
bodies, and on the physical body. Therefore, by healing and developing the lower mental body with
the Ashati 1 energies, you can directly and indirectly heal yourself and others on many levels. This
work on the mental level, which directly controls emotions and their influence on our physical
health, is the strength of this level, and the reason why such profound effects can be seen and felt
so rapidly (providing the daily self‐healing work is done for the first 21 days).
13 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
Please refer to the Healing Techniques manual for details about the steps and hand positions to
perform a healing (for self and others). This manual is part of the Ashati 1 online content. If you
do not have access to this online content, please contact your registered Ashati teacher.
A standard healing on yourself or someone else takes about 20‐40 minutes. The timing and hand
positions in the Healing Techniques manual are more of a guideline than a strict rule.
The channelling of the Ashati level 1 energies will start a healing process for the recipient of the
healing (yourself for self‐healings), which will continue for a few hours up to a few days. It is
recommended to let the recipient know this as thoughts, memories and emotions may come to
their conscious awareness anytime throughout this process. This subconscious healing happening
in the background may also make them feel more tired or emotional than usual.
Each healing will help to heal and release unnecessary mental and emotional energies. However,
our being holds a vast amount of such energies and many sessions are often required, each time
reaching and healing a deeper level.
IMPORTANT: Please refer to the Chakras & Energy Bodies manual for specific information on the
chakras (including their locations). This short manual is part of the Ashati 1 online content. If you do
not have access to this online content, please contact your registered Ashati teacher.
Ashati Guides: Once you have been attuned to the Ashati energies, it is recommended to also call
upon the help and guidance of the Ashati Guides during healings. More information about these
higher dimensional beings is provided in section 5. 2 Spirit Guides, and in the Ashati 2 manual.
Mental and emotional energies exist on the different levels of your being. Mental and emotional
clearing and healing are therefore at the core of Ashati healing and will be facilitated after all Ashati
energy activations, on higher and higher levels. It is therefore important to understand what this
work involves right from your level 1 journey.
Most of the healing will happen on the subconscious level, as the targeted energies are not
necessarily brought to the brain during the healing process. Sometimes, memories and thoughts will
come to the person’s conscious mind. These may just briefly appear and disappear (no action
necessary), or remain until conscious work is done. This work can be simply about acknowledging
and expressing specific thoughts and feelings (in a healthy, respectful and honest way),
understanding the underlying beliefs or patterns when they become clear, realising that specific
decisions need to be made and implemented, etc.
14 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
Healing always works through layers, on all levels. Only a certain amount of healing is possible each
time until all the new changes have been integrated, and balance has been re‐established. All that
the recipient of the healing needs to do during and for the few days after a healing (yourself for self‐
healing sessions) is to allow this process to happen and to remain “honest” with themselves, their
thoughts and feelings. Although most of the healing will not require much conscious work, it is
important to understand that this healing is happening and that a lot does take place energetically.
As your self‐awareness develops naturally through this work and with further energy activations,
you will become more and more aware of the emotions, thoughts and beliefs that are being worked
on during and after a healing. You will also become more and more sensitive to energy, and
therefore feel more and more sensations during healings. It is not uncommon for beginners who
have no previous experience in energy healing not to feel much during healings at the beginning.
They are however going to go through the same processes and will get the same benefits as those
who are able to feel a lot straight away.
Ashati 1 also includes the balancing and purification of the lower mental body, which are essential
for further psychic and spiritual development work, and as a preparation for Ashati 2 and the soul
and past‐life healing it will facilitate.
Belief Work
Beliefs are those mental statements, or thought patterns, about ourselves, others and this world
that we perceive are true. They help us make sense of and function in this world. They can be about
very practical or very philosophical matters. We acquire many of our beliefs through our earliest
cognitive development stages (during the first few years of our life). The psyche seems to be indeed
built in such a way that, from birth till about the start of adolescence, we absorb beliefs from people
perceived as figures of authority, often without even questioning them. As we grow older these
beliefs sink deeper into our consciousness to shape our reality and influence our thoughts. Many
beliefs are also absorbed at a young age from cultural influences and religion, and therefore from
society in general.
If a belief is limiting, that is, if it prevents you from being or doing what your soul and more
importantly your spirit within it truly desire, then it should be changed. You have power and control
over your beliefs; don’t let your beliefs control you and your life.
Beliefs are very much associated with the mental energies (on all levels, starting with the lower
mental body’s energy), and the neurological processes within the brain. Some belief work will start
with Ashati 1 and its energy activation and energies. This process will unfold naturally and the below
information is simply to help you understand what will be taking place. A lot more belief work may
be triggered after Ashati 2, and with every other stage of your Ashati journey.
15 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
The need to work on a specific belief will be under the control of your higher‐self (no need to
consciously decide to work on a belief) and it will often manifest itself through feelings such as
frustration, anger, sadness or through negative thoughts. These are often the “consequences” of
the belief(s) to be changed, which will naturally come to the surface and become amplified
(“charged up”) for a while and until they are dealt with. Although unpleasant to “feel”, this process
will give you the opportunity to notice these feelings and thoughts, which are otherwise buried in
the subconscious mind, in order to understand their connection to specific beliefs. This will initiate
the first of the below two steps.
1 ‐ Identify a limiting belief. Understanding when and why you developed this belief in the first
place is extremely helpful for the second step, although not mandatory. You may then also
understand the impact and perhaps the limitations this belief has imposed in your life in the past.
2 ‐ Change the identified limiting belief (pure mental work: “thinking” it).
Most people will have experienced emotional traumas during their childhood and in their adult life.
An emotional trauma is not always connected to what we would intellectually consider as a
“traumatising event” or something out of the ordinary. Emotions are just as valid whether or not
the intellectual mind considers the related event as a “difficult situation”. In fact, this discrepancy
between what we feel and what we think we should feel is partly responsible for repressing
emotions.
When an emotional trauma has occurred, the emotional and mental energies associated with the
events may be subconsciously kept away from the chakra system as a defence mechanism. This
prevents the energies from going through the brain / nervous system, and therefore from being felt.
This process also happens with “every day” emotions, often those emotions deemed unpleasant.
Repressing energies ends up creating clouds of stagnant emotional energies that often disrupt the
flow of energy within other energy bodies, including the etheric body. This can lead to psychological
and physical conditions, benign or more severe, as well as general imbalances, suffering and self‐
limitations. Therefore, clearing these energies can often significantly improve the balance and
health of one’s body and mind.
Most people also tend to repress those emotions that their intellectual mind consider as “bad” or
“unnecessary”, such as anger, for example. Emotions are there for a reason and are a language in
16 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
themselves. Denying their existence is not going to make them disappear. On the contrary, it is
important to allow ourselves to feel all emotions and to understand their significance. The whole
range of emotions is required to be completely guided through life and through every situation and
decision (even anger and sadness). This process is easier once you have cleared all repressed
emotions, as these may trigger some confusion about the origin of the feelings felt and the specific
messages they carry.
Reconnecting with repressed energies is therefore extremely important to achieve balance and
wellbeing on all levels. It is also a prerequisite for further development and in order to access the
full potential of the Ashati and Ascension energy activations.
As these energies are repressed, most people are completely unaware of their existence. Some may
only vaguely feel their presence or notice related symptoms. A lot of this clearing work will naturally
occur during, and mostly after, your self‐healings. All you need to do is to intend to open to them
and to allow yourself to honestly feel these emotional energies, without judgment, to eventually
become able to go to their core and understand their valuable messages. Try to be patient with
yourself and not to intellectualise these emotions. All you need to know or do will naturally come
to your mind in time.
Reconnecting with repressed energies will therefore often start by feeling “negative” (or rather
unpleasant) feelings without logically understanding where they come from. All you need to do then
is to keep feeling these emotions without pushing them aside and without intellectually analysing
them at first. Once you have really reconnected, the associated thoughts and memories will be much
easier to access and clarity will just “happen” as a spontaneous realisation. For childhood events,
you may need to mentally allow yourself to go back into the related memories and to observe them
again, but this time from a different and higher perspective (as an adult).
Only those emotions and issues you are equipped and ready to face will come up, as this is all guided
by your guides, and most importantly, by your own higher‐self. Your conscious mind may try to resist
but you simply need to keep doing your healings and “relax” your mind. The answers will come
naturally when you are ready. During this stage, it is important not to transfer these feelings onto
someone, or onto something else happening in your life that is creating a similar emotional
response.
A lot of this emotional healing process will be about forgiveness. Forgiveness towards others, but
also towards yourself, for what you did or did not do. Most feelings towards others actually echo
deeper feelings towards ourselves. Anger towards what someone has done may for example stem
from, on a deeper level, anger towards yourself for not allowing yourself to do the same thing or to
have that type of freedom, for having forced yourself to be in that situation in the first place, or
something else. And when you understand and release the deeper layer of an unpleasant feeling
like anger, all the anger related to the situation will often dissipate suddenly – even the anger
17 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
towards that other person. This is why all emotions are important for self‐development as they are
signposts to better understand ourselves.
It is important to note that emotions are important to guide us through life. Therefore, even when
you finally clear all repressed energies, at the very end of your Ashati journey, you will still experience
the full range of emotions throughout your life, including anger and sadness, for example. You will
however be more in tune with their true causes and messages, and these messages will not be
clouded by re‐emerging repressed emotions which wouldn’t be connected to your current situation.
True balance and happiness does not mean the absence of temporary imbalances and unpleasant
emotions. It simply means that these feelings will be much less frequent, although still essential to
put you back on the right track from time to time as you continue your journey through life.
Completing the energetic ascension process (Ascension 1 to 5) will help you achieve this more easily
and quickly.
You may visualise and activate healing symbols anywhere and for anyone, depending of what you
want to achieve, or most importantly, on what you feel they need at that moment. You may even
do this without asking for their permission because their higher‐self always has the free will choice
of accepting or rejecting the energy. And if the energy is accepted, it will be used for the person’s
highest good, under the control of their own higher‐self.
This is about visualising the symbol being drawn in a specific way, stroke by stroke. The movement
of the symbol visualisation is almost as important as the end result image.
If you find it difficult to visualise symbols, this may be because you are trying to get a perfect, clear
and stable mental image, which is not required. You can then use a finger or a hand to draw the
symbols in the air instead, where you want it. In reality, it is your visualisations of the symbol that
18 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
direct your hand, but a much “lighter” version of it, which is all that is required. After some practise,
you will find it much easier and faster to only use your mind. The most important part of this work
is your intention to use a specific symbol anyway.
When using symbols for yourself, you can simply visualise them in front of you and then have the
intention to “turn them around” to face you. Alternatively, visualise yourself in your mind and then
mentally draw the symbols where you want them over your body.
This symbol is to be visualised with two continuous lines. Starting at the top, the small anticlockwise
spiral (“small to big”) represents energies being drawn from a higher dimension and travelling down
to the lower planes. The bigger clockwise spiral (“big to small”) symbolises a large volume of this
energy flowing into and filling the lower mental body. Finish by visualising the triangle in a clockwise
motion starting at the top. The exact size and shape of the spirals do not matter (i.e. the number of
lines within each spiral). What is important is their relative size to one another as well as their
direction (clockwise or anticlockwise).
To activate a symbol, all you have to do is to mentally say the specific name of the symbol three
times.
Depending on the type of issues being worked on and your level of sensitivity to this type of energy,
the sensations perceived can greatly vary. Most people will feel some tiredness for a few hours after
the healing (although some will actually feel energised).
In a similar way to undergoing psychotherapy or counselling, the individual, during and after the
healing, is likely to connect to thoughts, memories and deeper emotions. This is all part of the
healing process which takes place for a few hours to a few days after the healing session.
Most of what we are and what we do is outside our conscious awareness and therefore so is the
healing. During this process, some people will get very emotional as a lot of emotions can be
attached to the mental energies they will be subconsciously working on. Others will work on the
subconscious mental level only and may even sometimes barely notice the healing and the changes.
It is recommended to get plenty of rest after a healing session and to spend some time alone
listening to emerging thoughts and deeper emotions.
The Ashati energies can add their powerful benefits and healing effects to any healing modality or
profession dealing with people or animals.
You can also channel the Ashati 1 and 2 energies alongside Reiki and any other energies you have
received energy activations for. In addition, you can easily combine Alsemia (calling energies) with
Ashati (channelling energies) by initiating an Alsemia healing at the start or anytime during the
session, for example.
The Ashati energies can also be delivered into a person’s body and aura in a more discreet manner
through the use of the symbol anytime during a counselling or psychotherapy session, a business or
coaching meeting, or a meditation class, for example. In addition, you can also channel the Ashati
energies into your own aura for your client if they are physically close.
Ashati is of course also very easy to integrate into a massage and any other physical therapy by
simply intending to channel the energies during a regular treatment.

Just like a human being is made of different “energy bodies”, the universe is made of different
dimensions. Each of these dimensions is a different and separate “place”, with specific natural laws
and properties. There is a connection between chakras, energy bodies, dimensions, spiritual
development, ascension, and also the processes that take place when one’s physical body dies, for
example. It is important, at this stage in your training, to simply open your mind to the existence of
other dimensions, in which reality, even though different, is just as tangible and “real” as it is in the
physical dimension for us, and from which come angels, guides, ancestors, etc. More information
about the dimensions will be provided throughout the complete Ashati training. This knowledge is
the key to understanding the logic and the “science” of consciousness, healing, spiritual
development, energetic ascension and life itself.
Your spirit guides are spirits within a soul body who guide and assist you. They are not incarnated
into the physical world, and they therefore exist in a higher dimension, the one often called
“heaven” or “paradise”, which known as the soul dimension in the Ashati system. Some of them
may be spirits in their pure form, existing in the seventh dimension, also called angels, although this
is more likely at a later stage in your energetic and spiritual development.
Even though most of this happens subconsciously, we are regularly guided and helped by our spirit
guides. They whisper thoughts in our ears when we are lost, they help to bring the opportunities we
need in order to learn important lessons, they protect us to the best of their own knowledge and
abilities, etc. And they do this without expecting anything in return.
We all have at least one main spirit guide and usually other temporary guides, also called teachers,
who will work with us for a few months or a few years in particular aspects of our lives (e.g. healing,
teaching, composing, writing...).
It is important at this stage of your training to open to the idea that you have guides, that you can
communicate with them and that their answers will often seem to come from within, as ideas that
come into your mind “out of the blue”, sensations when you meditate, emotions, etc. The more you
develop yourself spiritually and psychically, the more this communication will become conscious
and detailed. At the same time, not all realisations and energy sensations will be from your spirit
guides, especially as you go further and further on your healing and energetic development journey.

Spirit guides are not God, and they do not ask to be worshiped. Consider them as friends and
counsellors that exists on a different level, know you as well as you know yourself and have a
different perspective on life, and your own life – because of where they currently exist.
It is recommended to call in your guides during your healings as they can offer additional energies
and inner guidance for yourself or the person you are doing a healing for.
You should also call in the Ashati Guides when performing a healing on yourself or others. These
beings have a very different energy than “regular” spirit guides as they come from a different world.
They may not assist during every healing, but they will help from time to time, when required. They
are often seen as very tall with beautiful black and gold colours. It is however normal not to be able
to see or feel their presence, or only subtly, when starting your Ashati journey. This ability to connect
more consciously will often develop over time and with further energy activations.
The Ashati Guides are very spiritually advanced, and have a much deeper understanding of the
chakra system, the dimensions, the ascension process, psychic abilities and everything else that you
need help with along this journey. More details about these very special beings and the origin of the
Ashati system will be provided in your Ashati 2 training.
Everyone possesses psychic abilities, which all rely on four higher senses. These psychic senses can
provide you with information, guidance and perhaps specific messages during healings, for yourself
and for others. Their purpose is therefore very important for personal development, and central to
the role of a healer.
However, not everyone is aware of these senses and utilises them consciously. They become, for
most people, a subconscious aspect of their being and mind. As you receive energy activations
(expanding your higher chakras), work on yourself (releasing blockages, limiting beliefs, etc.) and
develop your conscious connection to the non‐physical world, you will greatly develop your psychic
senses, or at least your psychic potential, which can be tapped into and developed further with
proper training. Understanding what psychic abilities are, how to connect with them, control them
and develop them are indeed essential in order to let them become a reality and a powerful healing
instrument. It is for this purpose that the online course Higher Senses was created and offered in
complement to the Ashati, Alsemia and Ascension energy activations.

Symbolism
As you naturally develop your clairvoyance, you may receive symbolic visions during healings and
meditations. Unlike the conscious mind, which is a very small fraction of our whole mind, linked to
our brain activity, the rest of our psyche relies essentially on symbolic communication.
When receiving information from our higher‐self and from our guides, teachers and other non‐
physical beings, symbolic communication is almost always used. Images that come to your mind
during a meditation or a healing, for example, are more often than not symbolic messages that you
need to interpret.
Each person constructs their own symbols using their life experiences and all the “data” they have
accumulated on the spiritual, mental and emotional levels throughout their life. You are therefore
the most qualified person to interpret your own symbols. There are also some symbols that are
common to most or all of humanity, and usually found in nature (e.g. butterflies for transformation,
water for emotions, mountains for development, etc.). These symbols are deeply anchored in the
subconscious mind.
Symbol Interpretation
When interpreting a mental vision (seen in your mind), it is important to understand that these are
not literal and that the conscious mind cannot “decipher” them relying only on logic. To understand
the meaning of a symbol, you need to “feel” it rather than simply intellectually analyse it.
First of all, look at the whole image and observe how it instantaneously makes you feel and what
other concepts and thoughts “light up” in your mind at that moment. You really need to be a passive
observer of your own feelings and thoughts during this process. Once you know the general
direction and feel of the message, focus on its components and proceed in the same manner, feeling
and associating the elements with other images, concepts, thoughts, etc. This is called associative
thinking and it is the basis of symbol interpretation.
At a more advanced level, you may be able to see and understand the symbolism of your own
actions, behavioural patterns, etc. Again, most of our psyche uses symbols to express itself. It is not
surprising therefore that our behaviours, homes, clothes, friends, partners, etc., and our lives in
general, are also symbols of who we are. Connecting with and learning to understand symbols will
teach you more about yourself and will slowly blend the edges between your conscious mind and
the rest of your psyche, giving you an easier access to much more information and potential.

4.5 Journaling
As part of this personal development journey, you are encouraged to use some of the time doing
your self‐healings to explore your mind and emotions, while opening to guidance and messages.
You can do this by simply observing your emotions and thoughts, with openness and honesty.
Keeping a journal with the summary of the most significant self‐healing sessions and meditations is
a great way to learn to do this introspection work while keeping a record of the journey. Please feel
free to also join the Ashati Facebook Group which was created as a platform to share feedback,
questions and comments.
The below awareness development exercises are part of a general mindfulness development
program to strengthen and expand your mind and awareness.
Most of these exercises will require your full attention. However, over time, they will expand your
natural level of awareness, without conscious effort.
It is recommended to start by practising one different type of awareness exercise each day for a few
minutes. For example, physical awareness development one day, body language development the
next one, etc. Each day, while going about your usual activities, focus your attention on the elements
you need to connect with, according to the specific training you are doing that day. The more people
you are around and the more places you go to, the better for your training (this is not a training to
do while meditating or during a self‐healing).
As a beginner, you may find it easier to simply focus on a small area of your body and feel all the
sensations that you can perceive within it. Once you are done with this first area, simply move your
awareness to a different one, and so on until you have scanned your whole body. As you develop
this ability, you will be able to widen this area of focus until you can concentrate on your body in its
entirety. The more you connect to this level and train your mind to be aware of this aspect of your
being, the more you will expand this ability. After some time, you may even be able to feel the blood
flow in a main vein as you focus on it, notice infections before symptoms appear or sense energy
movements or blockages within your physical body, for example.
24 of 25 Ashati 1 www.ashati.org
Simply observe your body language and how you physically react to emotions, situations or people.
Become mindful of how you move your body and your limbs. Observe how you position yourself
within a group and in relation to others. Understand how this subtle communication must be
perceived and what message you subconsciously send out.
The second part of this training is to turn your attention towards other people’s body language.
Observe their movements, positions to one another, postures, etc. Try to interpret this subconscious
communication.
This training will also help you to become a greater communicator, and to understand yourself and
others better.
All you need to do is to stop focusing all your attention on the centre of your visual field and to
consciously start taking into account the sensory information received in your peripheral vision.
What you see through your peripheral vision will not be as “sharp”, but it doesn’t mean it is
unnecessary and unusable data.
We are therefore dismissing a lot of auditory information on a daily basis, almost constantly. Our
ears can perceive these sounds but the brain chooses to filter them out unless they are important,
strange or loud. To develop your auditory awareness, simply start by consciously listening to all the
less usual and quieter sounds that you can hear. Don’t try to think too much about what they are
and what creates them. Just listen to them. Your mind may connect with one particular sound at a
time at first. However, and with some practice, it will be able to register more and more sounds at
the same time without bringing your whole conscious attention to any specific one (unless there is
a reason for it).

Higher Senses will help you to better understand and explore your higher (or psychic) senses and
therefore your subconscious mind, increase your meditation skills, develop your own conscious
connection to your guides, the Ashati Guides and your own higher‐self, in order to receive guidance
and messages.
Alsemia 2 (prerequisite: Alsemia 1) will continue to focus on physical healing, giving you access to
even stronger energies, this time from the higher part of the astral dimension. These will help to
clear and heal your soul body, which has a profound influence on the balance, health and
development of your etheric and therefore physical bodies. Alsemia 2 also offers access to a wide
range of Earth energies such as the energies in crystals or flowers, for example.
Ashati 2 will focus on past‐life healing: the emotional and mental energies on the soul level. It is also
a major step in one’s personal and spiritual development as it will enable you to move from a lower
consciousness to a higher consciousness level. With this subtle but profound change comes a whole
new, higher and easier way to find direction in life and to connect with yourself, others and our
universe in general.
It is normal and expected as part of this healing and personal development journey to experience some emotional and
possibly physical clearing / healing symptoms, from time to time, especially in periods of regular self‐healings. This
process, driven by you and your own individual healing journey, may affect you for a few minutes to a few days. It is
then recommended to continue regular self‐healings to speed up this healing process. However, if you experience
unusual or severe symptoms, or if you feel concerned in any way, please make sure to seek medical advice. All the
content and healing work within this course is considered complementary in nature and should not, under any
circumstance, alter or replace the service, treatment, medication or advice provided by medical practitioners.
Feel free to also join the Ashati Facebook Group to ask questions, find support, share your experience and meet like‐
minded people from all over the world.
