BENIFICIARY TO APPLY ON NP, SELECT A VENDOR & MUTUALLY DECIDE SUBJECT TO MIN TEC SPEC
DISCOM TO CONDUCT PHYSICAL INSPECTION & SIGN NET METER AGREEMENT WITH THE CONSUMER
CFA TRANSFERRED TO BENIFIERY ACCOUNT OR THE LOAN ACCOUNT IF BENIFICIARY OPT FOR LOAN FOR
RTS SYSTEM
IMPLEMENTING AGENCIES &
PROGRAM MONITORING
CFA WILL BE IRRESPECTIVE OF INVERTER SIZE. IT WILL BE AS PER RATED DC CAP OF SOLAR MODULE
MUST SATISFY DOMESTIC CONTENT REQUIREMENT OF THE SOLAR MODULE I.E. DOMESTICALLY
MANUFACTURED MODULES FROM DOMESTICALLY MANUFACTURED CELLS
ADDITIONAL CAPACITY ELLIGIBLE FOR CFA ONLY FOR REMAINING CAPACITY OF 3KW OF OVERALL RTS
PLANT
CFA ELLIGIBLE ONCE AFTER INSTALLATION. NOT FOR RELOCATION AND SHIFTING
REGISTERED VENDORS SHALL PROVIDE REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF RTS PLANT FREE OF COST FOR 5
YEARS THROUGH A COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
APPLICATION FOR RTS SYSTEM
NPIA & SIA ALONG WITH OTHER DESIGNATED SIA TO ESTABLISH ADEQUATE MECHANISM TO
AGENCIES TO CONDUCT REGULAR ENSURE INDEPENDENT 3RD PARTY ASSESMENT
INSPECTION AT & POST COMMISSIONING TIME OF POST INSTALLATION INSPECTION OF
ATLEAST 5% OF RTS SYSTEM
THE BENEFICIARY OR VENDOR CAN RAISE GRIEVANCES THROUGH THE NATIONAL PORTAL, NATIONAL
CALL CENTRE, STATE/UT DISCOM, OR PORTAL APP
A UNIQUE TRACKING ID WILL BE CREATED BY THE BENEFICIARY AND THE VENDOR WILL
THE NPIA FOR THE CONSUMER AND GRIEVANCES GET REGULAR UPDATE OF THE STATUS OF
SHALL BE CHANNELED TO SIA THROUGH A 2 RESOLUTION OF THE GRIEVANCE THROUGH
TIER MATRIX TO BE RESPLVED AS A SET TIME SMSes, EMAIL BESIDE TRACKING ONLINE
LINE
IF NOT RESOLVED IT GETS ESCALATED TO NPIA WHO SHALL RESOLVE THE GRIEVANCE WITHIN 30
DAYS
