ORDER DIRECTING ANSWER

This original emergency petition for a writ of mandamus or, in

the alternative, prohibition, challenges a district court order sealing records
and closing access to proceedings in a trust matter. Having reviewed the
petition, it appears that an answer may assist in resolving this matter.
Accordingly, real parties in interest, on behalf of respondents, shall have 28
days from the date of this order to file and serve an answer, including
authorities, against issuance of the requested writ. Petitioners shall have
14 days from the date that the answer is served to file and serve any reply.

SUPREME COURT

In the petition, petitioners ask this court to, among other
things, arrest the district court proceedings pending resolution of this writ
petition and until the court access issues are resolved. Real party in interest
Doe 9 has filed an opposition to any stay of the district court proceedings, to
which real party in interest Doe 1 Trust has filed a joinder. Having
reviewed the materials before us, we decline to stay the district court
proceedings at this time.
It is so ORDERED.
