    Salesforce Commerce Cloud – Technical Lead

    Advantech is currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Technical Lead with a
    strong background in software development, particularly in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (Lightning)
    with a focus on Headless mode. This role is ideal for a candidate with a Java background who possesses
    hands-on experience in developing SFCC Headless mode solutions. The Technical Lead will play a pivotal
    role in leading technical discussions, providing estimations, and guiding the team to deliver exceptional
    online commerce solutions. Exposure to React.js, JavaScript, and a deep understanding of design
    patterns and principles are valuable. The successful candidate will be adept at interacting with client
    stakeholders, internal teams, and conducting thorough code reviews.

    Reporting of the role: This role report to the Headquarter Business Lead
    Hiring Location: Pune (Onboarding training in Taipei 6-8 months)

    Responsibilities of the role:

    1. Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and developing
    Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (Lightning) solutions in Headless mode.
    2. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in SFCC Headless mode development, online
    commerce, and related technologies.
    3. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to
    define project requirements and technical solutions.
    4. Architect Solutions: Leverage your understanding of design patterns and principles to architect
    robust and scalable solutions.
    5. Hands-on Development:Actively participate in the hands-on development of SFCC Headless
    mode solutions, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
    6. Estimations: Provide accurate estimations for project timelines and technical efforts.
    7. Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, providing insights, recommendations, and
    driving effective decisions.
    8. Client Interaction: Interact with client stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates,
    and address any technical queries.
    9. Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance
    with technical standards.
    10. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in SFCC and
    online commerce.

    Required Qualifications:

     Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (Lightning), including building
    and deploying custom storefronts.
     Proficiency in Salesforce development, particularly with Apex, SOQL and Flow.
     Extensive experience in working with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
     Experience in working with Salesforce Experience Builder and Content Management
     Experience with RESTful APIs, and familiarity with their use for system integration
     Understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including the implementation of various payment
    gateways and logistics systems
     Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
     Experience with git version control systems
