Subject: RE-ENTRY OF OFFICE WORKERS AFTER LIFTING OF THE ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE
(ECQ)

Dear Valued Tenants,

Greetings from the RLC Office Buildings Team.

We are now in the process of working out a plan for the gradual Re-entry of office workers into our office buildings.
I am sure that everyone is aware that the lifting of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) is going to subject
all of us to a “New Normal” when it comes to our work environment.

We are hopeful that we can all get back to work by May 4, 2020 after the ECQ is lifted come April 30, 2020. If and
when this happens, we need to be prepared for the influx of workers into our buildings. The “New Normal“ will
mean that we need to provide all our tenants with guidelines that will help ensure the security, safety and well
being of all occupiers of the building. Measures for social distancing will be put in place. Kindly refer to the
attached social distancing plan (Annex A).

In this regard, we need the support of each and every tenant. We need you to come up and share with us your
employee re-entry plan. This plan should show the reduced and gradual re-entry of your personnel into the
building.

Please find below some of the suggested measures on how this can be achieved.

1. Recommended partial reporting to work of Employees

A. 25% of total employee headcount to report for work and the rest work from home. Increase this to 50%
on the 2nd month and 75% on the 3rd month.
B. Employees are organized into 3 working groups. Each group works 2x (M-T, W-TH, F-S) a week and the
rest work from home. This will be done on a rotation basis.
C. 50% of the work force reports for work on the 1st week and the rest work from Home. The next batch
reports for work on the following week.

2. Recommended staggered schedule in coming to work and going home.

 Employees are requested to have 3-4 batches of people going to work. Reporting for work in batches
with 30-minute intervals. The time to leave work will also be phased.

3. Reducing the office population for the time being will help achieve Social Distancing. Work from Home should
be given to those vulnerable to the virus (senior citizens, with pre-existing conditions, pregnant individuals,
etc.)

Please align and share with us your recommended approach/strategy as we gear up for the re-entry of our
employees and visitors in our buildings.

We will be in constant communication with you on this and we look forward to your positive response to our
request.

Please keep well and stay safe always.
