    In reference to the above subject, our proposal of rais ingrnain pipeli11e
    crossing at National Highway-48(NH-75) and yettinahole river crossingat existi11g
    KM: 233.200 to KM:233.240(Proposed Kl\1:226+400 to KM: 22G+440) Bangalore-
    Manga!ore section is submitted to accord permission for execution.

    'l he methodology or constructi o11 is lo lay M. S pipes by pro vid ing conduit
    pipe to M.S.pipes with fu lly reinforced concrete section and 0.5m concrete slab.
    (drawings are enclosed and self-explanatory). Execution of pipeline will be done
    under the supervision of NH authorities and will be executed as per MoRTH
    Guidelines/norms.

    In this regard, Agreement for pipeline crossing, Undertaking, License fee,


    Bank guaranteeas per present prevailing rate to kumbardi village of sakleshpura
    taluk, Hassan district and Drawings are enclosed in this copy for needful.
    In view of the above, you are kindly requested to accord permission for
    pipeline crossing at the earliest.
