    Fee Against Optional Facilities:


    - Hostel fee: 48000/- Per Semester.
    - One Time Refundable Caution Deposit For Hostel: 5000/-
    University provides furnished Non – AC sharing rooms. Hostel Fee is inclusive of Lodging & Fooding. Hostel is
    available on First Come First Serve Basis and is subject to availability seats. Semester Hostel Fee is to be paid in
    advance.
    Mandatory Disclosure
    1) University reserves the right to terminate admission if at any point your document is found to be
    incomplete/False.
    2) Scholarship awarded at the time of Registration fee payment / Provisional Admission is subject to document
    veri cation in counselling.

    Application and Registration Fee Refund Rule:


    1. Application Fee is completely Non-Refundable under any circumstances neither can it be adjusted on any other
    student’s Application Id. Also, Application Fee payment is not the con rmation of admission.
    2. Registration Fee will be Refunded only in case student fails to clear his qualifying examination. Refund request
    under any other circumstance will not be entertained. Application for refund shall be made immediately after
    declaration of result with relevant documents. Refund will be processed within 90 days of commencement of
    classes or from the day of application, whichever is later.
    a) Fail Certi cate
    b) Photo copy of rst page of passbook/ cancelled cheque.
    c) Handwritten application.

    Semester/Hostel/Transportation Fee Refund Rule:


    1. In case the student withdraws before the commencement of classes 10% of total semester fee will be forfeited as
    processing charge, remaining amount will be refunded within 90 days of commencement of classes.
    2. In case student applies within 15 days of commencement of classes 25% of total semester fee will be forfeited as
    processing charge, remaining amount will be refunded within 90 days of commencement of classes.
    3. In case student applies within 30 days of commencement of classes 50% of total semester fee will be forfeited as
    processing charge, remaining amount will be refunded within 90 days of commencement of classes.
    4. If any student applies after 30 days of commencement of classes Nil amount will be refunded under any
    circumstances.
    5. Hostel/Transportation Fee once paid can be adjusted in forthcoming semesters only if student applies for
    adjustment before the commencement of classes.
    6. In all the above cases student need to submit hand written application mentioning reason for
    Cancellation/Refund/Adjustment with photo copy of rst page of passbook/ cancelled cheque.
