Fault mode Detection conditions:The engine control unit (E-ECU) registers: voltage too high on
FMI 3 injector's low-voltage side
Symptom: Possible causes:

¡ Low power ¡ Short-circuit to Ubat in cable


¡ Injector in question is shut off harness to injectors' low-voltage
¡ Engine runs rough/ varying engine side
speed ¡ Short-circuit between high-voltage
¡ 3- or 5-cylinder operation and low-voltage side

Action MA2301-MA2306, description and measuring

Fault mode Detection conditions:The engine control unit (E-ECU) registers: voltage too low on
FMI 4 injector's high-voltage side
Symptom: Possible causes:

¡ Injector 1-3 is shut off ¡ Short-circuit to frame ground on


¡ Low power injector's high voltage side
¡ Engine runs rough/ varying engine ¡ Defect injector
speed
¡ 3- or 5-cylinder operation
