1. Election
The election aimed to mold and scout for new leaders for the upcoming school year,
aligning with the organization's goal of fostering leadership skills among students. The
process was meticulously designed to ensure fairness and transparency, allowing every
member to exercise their voting rights. By electing competent individuals, the organization
aims to ensure effective governance and continuity of its activities.

9. Student Orientation

20. Anilag Audition


The audition served as a gateway to discover and nurture the exceptional talents of
students for the prestigious Anilag competition, aiming to celebrate the rich diversity of skills
among participants. Meticulously orchestrated, it ensured fairness and equal opportunities for
all contenders. By handpicking promising acts, the event aimed not only to enrich the finals
but also to spotlight the cultural wealth of the region.
SMART Criteria:
- Specific: The aim was to unearth talented performers for the Anilag competition.
- Measurable: From a pool of 15 schools, 12 were selected to progress to the finals,
offering a tangible measure of success.
- Achievable: The audition process boasted a well-defined structure, featuring transparent
evaluation criteria and rigorous selection protocols.
- Relevant: Identifying and nurturing talent resonated with the broader objective of
celebrating the region's cultural richness.
- Time-bound: Conducted on February 4, 2024, the audition adhered to the designated
schedule.

21. Anilag Finals


The finals served as the culmination of the Anilag competition, providing a platform
for participants to showcase their talents. While the performance was in the hip-hop genre, it
did not secure a placement or victory in the competition. Nonetheless, participation in such
events fosters skill development and promotes cultural exchange among students.

22. Audition PDC
