z Prerequisite: Windows XP Professional SP2 or Windows 2003 Server standard SP1 must be installed.
z Procedure
Step 1 Uncompress the installation package or Insert the installation CD-ROM, and run the
setup.exe file. Click Next.
Step1 Double-click the T2000 Web LCT shortcut icon on the desktop to launch the T2000 Web LCT.
Step2 The User Login screen is displayed. Enter the user name and password. Click Login.
2. Create an NE directly. Click the “Add NE” and Enter the information of the NE and create
the NE.
• Step 5:Enter the User Name and the Password. Then, click OK.
Step 1 In the NE Explorer, choose Configuration > NE Attribute from the Function Tree.
Click Modify NE ID.
Step 3 In the NE list, delete the original NE. Create a new NE with the new ID.
z The supported IF protection is 1+1 HSB, 1+1 SD, and 1+1 FD.

Step 2 Click New and enter the information of the IF protection. Click OK or Apply.
• You can enable automatic transmit power control (ATPC), and adjust the
threshold and the ATPC adjustment.

Step 2 Click New, enter the information of a service and click OK or Apply.
Step 2 After you create an SNCP service, the window is divided into two panes.
The upper pane displays the working service and the lower pane displays the
protection service. You can perform external switching for the working and
protection services.
To convert a protection channel, right-click the service in the protection channel and choose
SNCP Protection Service Change to Normal Service from the shortcut menu.
z You can view the current and history performance data, UAT events, threshold
crossings, and performance monitoring status. You can set the performance
threshold and reset a board registry.
z For DCC management, an IF board supports the configuration of different DCC rates
in different working modes.
When the working mode is PDH, the configuration of one-byte DCC (D1-D1) rate is
supported.
When the working mode is SDH, the configuration of D1-D3, D4-D12, D1-D12, and D1-
D1 is supported.
