    Sub: End Semester Examinations – December 2022 – Remittance of Examination fee for arrear
    Courses – Regular Students.

    The Students Currently in Ninth, Seventh, Fifth and Third Semester are informed to pay the
    prescribed examination fees for their Arrear Courses as noted against their respective degree
    Programme.

    Examination Fee Details


    BE / BTech, BSc Programme : Rs.250/- per course
    ME / MTech Programme : Rs.450/- per course
    MCA, MBA Programme : Rs.325/- per course
    MSc Programme : Rs.250/- per course
    (for the courses upto 6th Semester)
    MSc Programme : Rs.325/- per course
    (for the courses of 8th and 9th Semester)

    As per the regulations, all the Students have to compulsorily register for the courses (both
    regular and arrear) in which he / she is eligible to appear for the examination. Note that the
    Students are not eligible to move to the next semester, if they had not registered for the current
    December 2022 examinations.
    Mode of Payment: Through Online

    Last date for payment of examination fee: 15.12.2022

    NOTE – 1: Students are instructed to verify their arrear courses and fee details in COE
    website. For any clarification, students can contact COE office before paying the fees
    through Online. Fees once paid will not be refunded nor adjusted under any
    circumstances.
    NOTE – 2: The timetable for December 2022 Examinations is published in COE web portal. The
    timetable for the remaining programmes will be published soon. The hall ticket will
    be available in COE portal two days prior to the commencement of the examinations
    to the respective programme for the students who have paid the examination fee.
    The printed copy of the hall ticket is mandatory for appearing the
    examinations.
    NOTE – 3: The Students who had applied for revaluation are informed to pay fee after the
    publication of their revaluation results.
