Product Information

KNL830
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Latex

KNL 830 is carboxylated butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer designed for Nitrile gloves by
coagulant dipping. Nitrile gloves manufactured from KNL 830 would be the first choice for
chemical resistance, tear resistance, flexibility and dexterity. They are also beneficial to
those who experience adverse reactions to latex or natural rubber.

Handling and Precautions

It is necessary to be aware of the following matters during storage and handling although
careful consideration is given to mechanical and chemical stability of KNL830.

1) It is recommended KNL 830 is stored at 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃.

2) It is needed to store in a sealed container because it may be appeared creaming
and skinning when it is contacted with the atmosphere for a long time.
3) It is necessary to be avoided a sudden change of temperature and be stored
indoors. Especially, quality deterioration is caused when exposed to direct sunlight
or cold wave for a long time.
4) KNL 830 should be stored in stainless steel, glass-lined steel, epoxy-lined steel,
plastic or alkali-resistant paint coated steel containers. Regular steel containers
are not adequate.
5) Please keep all of the necessary safety equipment such as gloves, glasses and
shoes.
6) Wash it with lots of water when KNL830 comes into contact with skin.
7) Refer to the health and safety information on the Material Safety Data Sheet
(MSDS).
