Introduction:
The purpose of the Indigo DNA Assessment Report is to help people better understand their
own skills. The paper sheds light on three different domains: motives, driving factors, and
behaviors. Gaining insight into the advantages and disadvantages in each of the three
domains can enhance one's personal and professional growth and overall contentment. In this
paper, I will discuss my character based on my indigo report. Furthermore, studies reveal that
self-awareness is a prevalent characteristic among the most successful individuals. They are
able to identify circumstances that will accelerate their success. With the aid of this
customized and thorough DISC and Motivators combination report, I have the resources I
need to improve myself.
In the 1920s, American psychologist William Moulton Marston developed the DISC model.
The model identifies dominance (D), influence (I), steadiness (S), and conscientiousness (C)
as the four primary personality types. According to my evaluation, Dominance has a lower
score—25. A dominance score of 25 denotes a somewhat reduced propensity for aggression
and control as well as a more straightforward, decisive communication style. (According to
Indigo, n.d.) Choose collaboration and teamwork over taking the initiative when the
dominance scale is lower. In addition, my impact score is greater at 93. This implies a
tendency for interacting with others, enthusiastically expressing ideas, and fostering an
atmosphere that invites others to join in and contribute.

As I go more into my DISC styles and draw on my DISC report, I would want to reiterate the
following:
Driving Forces:
4
The report claims that I like working in teams rather than alone. My productivity at work
won't be affected by my worries since I always keep my personal and work life apart. My
goal is to increase my productivity and efficiency by concentrating on finishing tasks. I like
helping that in need, not so that I may garner attention from the public, but because everyone
needs assistance sometimes, and because we should all try to improve the world in which we
live. Since we enjoy greater privileges than those who do not, Steen, S. (2021) we need to be
more sympathetic to those in need and do our part to help them. Finally, I worked at my
family firm and concentrated on corporate rules to make sure everyone was treated fairly and
to strive to get the greatest result for us.
Motivators
To increase output, connections, creativity, and innovation, motivators must foster and
persuade people of the value of teams. I received a score of more than 50 on the Indigo report
for being objective, selfless, intelligent, resourceful, and cooperative (Pearce, 2018). My top
three motivators are aesthetic, social, and traditional; to prevent conflict, both motivators and
DISC must line up. I tend to be more cerebral and collectivist because I am more goal-
oriented and want to accomplish my objectives no matter what challenges I face. I'll also
make an effort to help other people accomplish their objectives Fassina, N. (2019). It proves
that I am a cooperative team member who is constantly eager to impart my skills and
resources to those in my vicinity. For this reason, I get approached by a lot of individuals at
my school, and my colleague wants me to be a member of their teams.

The following are my strong points, which I leverage to showcase myself to potential
employers, college admissions officers, and coworkers for office work and extracurricular
activities. Practice utilizing my advantages whenever you have the chance (Indigo.n.d)
I'm the kind of person that finds the good in every circumstance. Positive traits of my
personality include understanding, persistence, agility, and reliability.
Acclaimed by my contemporaries and contributions for my courage and wit, which
enable me to overcome any difficult circumstance.
When given precise data and numbers, I am a good listener.
Dependable and methodical researcher
Weakness
My talents rank among the most important factors to take into account while choosing a
career route. Everybody has unique skills that they may use to pursue a career of their
choosing. I will use my abilities to select a career that fits my personality. (Indigo.n.d)The
results show that I have 25 talents that are crucial for me in the workplace; these skills are
extremely beneficial for minimizing my shortcomings and maximizing my strengths.

Conclusion:
In summary, I can better grasp my strengths and shortcomings thanks to the examination.
Knowing the sort of person I am and how to better it is also made easier by this. I wanted to
choose which areas to improve before and know where to start, and this tool helped me
understand what I needed to accomplish in the future and what I needed to prepare for when I
started my own business.
