D’VENTURE INFOHUNT

1.0 PURPOSE
The purpose of this proposal is to receive recognition and approval for the D’Venture
InfoHunt that De’ Outliers, from class BA1185C, will organize also to fulfill the course
requirement of Organizing Event for the BA118 program.

2.0 BACKGROUND OF THE PROGRAM


This program is run to develop students with adequate moral principles as well as to
serve as a foundation for educating students about the courses they have taken. This
program will be held at UiTM Kampus Samarahan, Sarawak.

3.0 OBJECTIVES
1. Expose to semester 1 students the technology and office management courses,
as well as courses to be studied.
2. Developing a personality and understanding the concept of teamwork and helping
one another.
3. Apply common values, knowledge, and abilities to each person.
4. Produce fit, intelligent, and creative person.
5. Create an engaging learning environment for students.
6. Seeing creativity, innovation, and critical thinking in each student.

4.0 TARGET PARTICIPANTS


Mandatory for students in the first semester of BA132. The limit of participants is 150-
200 students.

This D’Venture InfoHunt program will be conducted out in person and held at Jubilee
Hall.

9.0 FINANCIAL IMPLICATION
• Participants in this program will pay a fee of RM10 each. RM5 will be used for
breakfast for the participants, with the leftover money that goes to lunch for both the
participants and the De' Outliers committee. For this program, TAPA applications are
also needed.
• Quz's Catering will provide the lunch for invited VIPs and lecturers.
• The program's financial implications are as follows:

10.0 CONCLUSION
In conclusion, De' Outliers expects that the administration of UiTM Sarawak will
support and approve this program. Together with the other members of De' Outliers
Committee, we have faith that this program will turn out individuals who are
knowledgeable, motivated, and competitive. Consequently, a program like this can
actualise the dream due to the experience that will be obtained throughout the
implementation and operation of this program.
