concept for alley revitalization could involve
implementing mixed-use zoning, encouraging adaptive
reuse, prioritizing pedestrian accessibility, incorporating
green spaces, considering historic preservation, and
engaging the community in the zoning process. This
approach aims to create vibrant, pedestrian-friendly
spaces that enhance the urban environment in Barangay
Balud, Calbayog City.
