WORK IMMERSION HIGHLIGHTS
Work immersion is an excellent opportunity for students to gain
practical knowledge and hands-on experience in a real-world work
environment. During work immersion, students can observe and
participate in the day-to-day operations of a company or organization,
working alongside experienced professionals in their field of interest.
This provides a unique opportunity to gain insight into the industry, learn
about different job roles and responsibilities, and develop essential skills that
are difficult to learn in a classroom setting.

One of the highlights of work immersion is the chance to apply

classroom learning to real-world situations. This allows students to see
firsthand how their academic knowledge can be used in practice and
helps to reinforce their learning. Additionally, work immersion can help
students to build professional networks and develop important workplace
skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time
management.

Another benefit of work immersion is that it can help students to make

informed decisions about their future careers. By experiencing different work
environments and job roles, students can gain a better
understanding of what they enjoy and what they excel at. This can help them
to make more informed decisions about what career path to pursue after
graduation.

Overall, work immersion is an invaluable experience that can help

students to develop their skills, gain practical knowledge, and prepare for
their future careers. It is an excellent opportunity to bridge the gap between
classroom learning and the real world, and one that students should take
advantage of whenever possible.

INDIVIDUAL REFLECTION
I am truly grateful for the experience and chance to
work with such professionals this past few weeks. My
work immersion experience taught me how to be
collaborative with your co-workers and to think
critically. It was also a fun experience because i
interacted with the young students there and they have
such a bright future ahead. Finally my work immersion
also taught me the importance of being focused when
there's a lot of work to do even though doing it in fast-
paced work setting. Overall my work immersion

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL was a worthwhile, fun, and
enjoyable experience that gave me a chance to share and
