care system. It outlines key processes, roles, and responsibilities for efficient care delivery and
serves as a roadmap for smooth operations.

5.1 OPERATIONS OBJECTIVES


1. To track and automate immunisation reminders to boost compliance rates by 10% within six
months.

2. To implement a desktop system to enhance growth and development tracking, reducing data
entry errors by 15% in 3 months as measured by the number of discrepancies found during chart
reviews.

3. To attain user satisfaction and adoption of 20% within 6 months by offering extensive training
and support to healthcare providers.

5.2 LOCATION AND BUSINESS HOURS


Location: NORTON GOVANS business center.

Justification: An ideal location for a child is a central area within a city or town close to
healthcare facilities and medical professionals.

Business Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Software Developers:

Qualifications: Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C++, Python), experience in


software development.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the desktop child health care management system, write
code, perform testing, and collaborate with the project manager and other team members.

Salary: $6840 per year.

Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, strong attention to detail,
experience in software testing and quality assurance processes.
