CAREER SUMMARY
 A dynamic & competent professional with around 18+ years of experience (16 years in India, 3.5
years in Kuwait) and a strong background in the field of construction in the Oil & Gas sectors.
 Currently working for Megha City Gas Distribution Pvt. Ltd., Dindigul, India.
 Experience in standards & specification like ASME SEC IX,ASME B31.3, API 1104, ASME SEC
V, AWSD1.1KOC specification.
 Experience in Process Piping, Flowline, Pipeline, and welding inspections.
 Preparation of QA/QC procedures, method statements and ITP.

 Piping line installation inspection concerning isometric drawings, P& ID’s.
 Responsible for stage-wise inspections such as dimensional checks, orientation, fit-up,
and welding of piping during fabrication, installation, and testing of Hydro testing on
process, steam, and utility piping works.
 Punch listing of Pipeline and piping works, Mechanical works, and site fabrications.
 Receiving inspection of piping & Mechanical materials for confirmation of Purchase
Order and related Codes, Standards & Specifications.
 Review and analysis of project critical repairs and follow-up of corrective and preventive
action.
 Welding & welder performance monitoring (before, during & after Welding).
 Co-ordinating with third-party inspection
 Making incoming material verification reports.
 Welding consumable control and verification certificate.
 Final visual inspection as per Client requirements.
 Maintaining inspection reports, records, and summaries.
 Inspection during welding for pre-heating, and post-weld heat treatment.
 Coordinating welder qualification in different processes.
 Making incoming material verification reports.
 Film review and coordinate with NDT technicians.
 Inspection during welding for pre-heating.
 Maintain approved welders register.
 Ensure that correct WPS are followed during welding.
 He ensures the implementation of consumable control procedures at the workshop.
 Verify the inspection of Material and Test certificates.
 Witness for Visual & Fit up inspection.
 DAY-to-day CO-Ordination & Regular inspection activities along with Projects.
 Feed back to welders regarding their performances.
